After sending in a bow that needed service, it was returned missing screws and some were not correctly tightened. A limb cracked as a result of the incorrect service. Not pleased

I found Bobs Gun and Archery just driving by. Went in and asked about a gun he had on display. I was able to make sure it was the right size for me and he answered all my questions. I purchased my new gun, a few hours later I received a call from there letting me know of the promotion Smith and Wesson was doing and that my gun was part of it. I was able to submit my claim because of them. Excellent service. I definitely recommend going there.

Until this date I have had good service at Bobs. Went in to purchase a new firearm. First they advertised a gun in the ad that they didn’t get any in to even sell to the public. Ok no worries. I found two 22lr that I wanted. Waited patiently 1.5 hours for the background check and paperwork. Got all done and went to check out and one of the firearms was mismarked. They refused to sell it to me at the marked price. They didn’t make anything right. No discount on the other gun I purchased. Then rang me up for ammo I can no longer use because I didn’t purchase the mis marked gun.

As a female, I was worried about walking into this store and being judged or steered into a wrong choice. That wasn't the case here. The owner was very busy which I understood, why he doesn't always pick up the phone. But take the drive you won't be disappointed.I walked in, he was professional, very informative, helpful and pleasant. And plenty of women were coming in to buy their gun.I was nervous but he helped make the process smooth with your ltc ID and know your pin number.Will be back to Bob's Gun & Archery Shop :)
