I was able to order and receive the composting products I needed very easily with Aubuchon. The pricing was great and the product shipped quickly to the store. The employees were very respectful and loaded my car for me. I am a happy customer.

I had to write a review because I was so impressed. I went in on the the first day of a marathon yard clean up looking for a locknut for this yard tool my mom got me from some Facebook ad. The first time I used it the locknut flew off and the blade did too so I needed to replace it. As soon as I walk through the door I am greeted by Derek who takes the tool I brought in as soon as he heard what I needed and walked me to the hardware isle to match up the screw to the locknut. This was literally a seven dollar sale for 10 locknuts so I was already impressed. I mentioned I was in the market for more lawn and garden tools and he brings me to the Stihl section. We talk about the tools and he was so knowledgeable and no pressure with his info! When I chose the tools I mentioned I had a small car and he offered to assemble them and bring them to me unboxed. I was surprised at this level of service and so grateful! He gets me set up to put in my info for a warranty and carries everything to the front. I ring out and he walks me to my car and teaches me the ins and outs of the tools. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had and it seems that’s just standard for Aubuchon. I’ve been a customer for a long time but this trip reminded me why I keep coming back. I’m sure they know but Derek is a literal gem and he brings so much to that team!!! Thanks so much for an amazing experience.

Webster Aubuchon Hardware is great! Everytime I go in the store is clean, always stocked with what I need, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. And of course LOVE the adorable store cat named Bandit!

Incredibly helpful staff. We went for wood pellets. I went to get our car as my mom walked in. Three employees jumped up and loaded carts for her and were ready before i could get back.
