I have a lot of postal needs (ie: I mail a LOT of stuff) and there’s never any hassle here. Employees are always friendly and able to do what I need.

I really love this post office. They always get you in and out, they're friendly, knowledgeable and have your best interest in mind. Special shoutout to Joe who is really one of the best! I have a post office around the corner from my house but regularly go out of my way to the Wayland one because I trust them and know they'll get it done right.

If you're in the area, this is the one to go to. I have a PO Box there too. Never a line like in Sudbury, and very fast and capable folks to help you. They do not waste time here; they actually are working!

Always greeted with a smile. Cheerful are they. Timely and friendly in a quiet way. It does feel like a neighborhood experience.

What a small, adorable little Post Office. You'd think with the Framingham USPS location less than a mile down the road, this place would be unneeded, but no, it won't be going out of business any time soon. The Cochituate post office is a small, little quaint stop right on Route 30, at the (dangerous) junction of Route 27 in Wayland. Surprisingly, it gets BUSY! Now, it doesn't get like overly, out-the-door busy, but definitely busy enough to have more than one person working! I just came in to purchase some stamps and get some boxes and labels for a few packages I needed to ship out in the next few days. Joe was friendly and helpful. It would have been helpful if he called for backup (if they even had any.....) when the line got to four people. It didn't take that long, but definitely -1 star. At least the huge parking lot right outside is pleasant. Enough said. Essentially, better than the Framingham Post Office, but may not be the best I've been to yet.
