This place really is terrible!!
They never have a deli person. Horrible fruit and vegetable selection!
Also, make sure to check your receipt!
Had charges AND wrong prices a few times!

Normally have good experience however last night between 5pm-6pm went to get cat food for my pet and the kid at the self checkout was rude he would give this angry stare I even tried to be very polite but then he just walked off and kept turning around to give me an angry glance. It was the most awkward experience that I’ve ever had going to a grocery store.

Not crowded. Selection is better than small stores but still more limited than Market Basket. Good sale prices but high regular prices. Produce pretty good but limited selection. Bakery is not great. Usually only 1 checkout line with self checkout portions also. Not worth going out of your way. Has home delivery and pickup portions which are good.

Overall a good store. They usually have everything I need and tend not to be out of a lot of items. It's not super busy like a lot of other stores in the area so I can get in and out fairly quickly. The reason for 3 stars is the produce is hit or miss.

I think this Stop & Shop only exists because of the nearby condos that have been built. It had maybe a dozen other customers if that. It felt very much like The Truman Show. It was hard to find, you literally have to drive thru a village of businesses that don't appear to be functioning. The store itself was clean and organized. I would highly recommend this store for anyone who wants to shop entirely alone.

1. Higher prices, less variety and lower quality items than competitors.2. Store is usually clean but has a Poor produce section that is often out of a basic item or has one available for exorbitant price or poor quality.3. Deli, sushi, and grab and often don’t look good enough to buy.4. Frequently a bad odor of rotten seafood pervades most aisles of the store.I only shop here if I don’t have time to go elsewhere.Stop and Shop raised their prices on everything 40-100% during the pandemic and hasn’t lowered them back down since.

4-5 years ago when I moved to the area, this was the shopping experience that made me happy. Now, it has gone way downhill. I ONLY go here if I have to as in the other supermarkets are closed. Very dirty and bad selection. They have certainly lost all of the good things they had going for them.

This is not the place to go for natural groceries. Otherwise, price and selection are average. Quality is decent.
