While the store itself is clean and organized, some customers have found it difficult to locate and described the experience as feeling like "The Truman Show." In recent years, the store has seen a decline in selection and cleanliness, leading some customers to only visit when other supermarkets are closed. Despite these issues, the traditional supermarket is still considered a good option for the Wayland area in terms of size and service.
Overall a good store. They usually have everything I need and tend not to be out of a lot of items. It's not super busy like a lot of other stores in the area so I can get in and out fairly quickly. The reason for 3 stars is the produce is hit or miss.

Nice, clean, and new location. Over half their chargers were broken though.

4-5 years ago when I moved to the area, this was the shopping experience that made me happy. Now, it has gone way downhill. I ONLY go here if I have to as in the other supermarkets are closed. Very dirty and bad selection. They have certainly lost all of the good things they had going for them.
