“Stopped by the paddle shop to get my own life jacket as I've picked up kayaking this summer. One of the staff members spent ~1 hours helping my partner and myself pick the best life jacket for us. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I cannot give them higher praise! We'll definitely be back ?”
“Great experience from the time we walked in the door to look around. Employees were well versed in all the equipment and really asked questions to assure we were getting the treadmill we needed. No attempts to “up sell” us to something we wouldn’t use or was more than what we needed. Made a few trips back after visiting other fitness equipment stores and never felt like you do when you walk onto a car lot. Staff were always friendly and always made sure to let us know they would be happy to help us. Bought a great treadmill that will fit the varying needs and capabilities of our family. Installation was great too. Timely, polite technicians that got the treadmill put together quickly and showed us a few key important things about the same. Definitely recommend visiting their store as they do seem to know their stuff and are on top of the fitness game!”

“I think his name is Ron unfortunately I'm terrible at remembering names. Anyway he helped me for over an hour finding me shoes that would fit and not hurt since I have a collapsed ankle. He was extremely knowledgeable patient helpful and kind. He showed me a pair of Brooks running shoes that even he had as well as my orthopedic Dr. I watched him help others as well being extremely attentive to their needs. He helped more than one person at a time. Ron applies immense service and commitment to the store. A couple of weeks later I bought a folding chair that I saw outside and got a new one. The Maynard Outdoor Store has quality items and superb service. The staff that checks you out are extremely helpful patient and kind. I like the atmosphere it's very laid back and rustic. “I love this skate shop! Craig is such a professional. He really knows his craft. My daughter recent got a new pair of edea ice fly skates and a new pair of Gold seal John Wilson Revolution blades at another location and needed her blade mount adjusted. “I just had the pleasure of sharing a dive boat in Cuba's Jardines de la Reina with Mark Potter of Mass Diving and could not resist the opportunity to share what a wonderful experience I had with him. We just happened to find ourselves in the same dive group (I am not a customer or a travel client of Mark or Mass Diving--not yet, anyway!), and yet Mark spent the week sharing his considerable knowledge base with me and with all of his fellow divers. Given how kind, fun, attentive and generous Mark was with random dive partners in his group, I can only imagine the level of service and care that his actual customers and clients would receive on one of his trips! “Now that I have been attempting to improve my game after 30 years lol, I have booked multiple golf lessons with PGA Professional Matt McAdams. He has been great from the first lesson on, analyzing my swing mechanics and fundamentals (from club drawback, ball contact follow through weight transfer. Matt has great (informative) feedback through his own observations backed up with video feedback from the Trackman System. My game is still work in progress but Matt is just the type of instructor to help me get to the next step of improvement of my game! I highly recommend him to golfers at all levels of the game!”

“I cannot recommend this place enough. The owner and the staff are so friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable about all things triathlon. They really have a great variety of bikes, gear, clothes, and accessories to choose from and if they don’t have the exact item you need they provide great advice on how to find it. The bike fitting process was smooth and extremely helpful. We learned so much about the sport and learned helpful tips and tricks along the way.They all go out of their way to support newcomers to the sport and it is a great idea to make this your first stop on the road to becoming a triathlete, or just the first of many stops along the way. This is definitely a team you want in your corner!”
