Dr. Silk and her staff are amazing! My three dogs and cat have been cared for by her for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She has warmth and care, actually knows my pets and their personalities, I know I can trust her with my dear family members. Jen at the front desk is an animal lover and my dogs love to greet her and get kisses. The techs are kind and capable, keep my boys from getting too anxious. Dr. Silk is one of a kind, I can't say enough about her!

Words cannot express the immense gratitude we have for being part of the Silk vet family during our dog’s senior years. Dr. Silk and her team provided kind, skillful, top quality care that gave us the ultimate gift: more time with a good quality of life. Then as our dog declined Dr. Silk supported us every step of the way with how to do right by her and make her last months/weeks/days as comfortable as possible. We couldn’t have asked for a more caring vet team or a better experience.

As long as Dr. Silk is practicing, she will be my vet! I cannot describe how amazing she and her team are. I found her while living in Sudbury and have since moved several times (once was even out of state), and I have never changed vets. She is so kind, knowledgeable, experienced, and makes sure that your pet receives exactly what they need. She gives you her honest recommendations without any pressure to make a decision you aren’t comfortable with, and listens to your questions (even when there are many). I’ve had 2 ER vet trips in the last few years and I’ve always followed up with Dr. Silk afterwards. She made time to see my pup the day they opened up after the holiday break just to make sure her wound was healing properly because she couldn’t quite tell from the photos I sent. The team always calls to check in after visits like that and they are very responsive to email as well. Dr. Silk genuinely cares about the well-being of your pet and you can tell from the moment you walk in the door - I cannot recommend her enough!

I took my yorkie to surgery, to the vet, it was my worst mistake, since my badly operated dog abandoned me, always send me photos, because I saw the open wound, they always told me that everything was fine, my dog at 4 days the surgery was opened and he died, they never told me anything except that they were sorry and that's it.

We have had a fabulous experience with Dr. Silk and her team as the primary vet team providing care for our dogs and cats. She has been an excellent resource for us during some challenging pet quandaries, has no issues explaining or modifying care treatment based on our feedback, and was wonderfully compassionate during end of life care for one of our cats.

All 4 of our critters were/are cared for by Dr. Silk and her team. They've always been kind, helpful, and caring. Some of our critters have had extensive health issues and they were able to help guide their care through it all. This is wonderful clinic where you and your furry family will get personalized attention.

Dr.Silk doesn't like to be questioned about things she deems necessary. They released my geriatric, diabetic cat via email this morning (cowards cant call me?) because I had questions. You'll get along GREAT with the staff and doctors here if you don't question anything and just become a sheeple and do everything they say and all the tests that they want. They don't really care about animals here, obviously. They care about money. My cat runs out of his antibiotic in 4 days and they know it and they have the gall to release him today and won't renew his prescription for an infected tooth. I would think long and hard before I bring my beloved pet here if I were you! Oh and when I reprimanded the receptionist, I can't think of her name bc every time I call I get a different person, she was laughing and giggling about something pretty serious! When I reprimanded her over the phone about it yesterday I had a feeling I was going to be released as a client.

The best vet to my kitty girl and puppy boy!! Dr. silk and all her staff treat my animals just like their own. They’re so thorough with each visit and they really only recommend what you need which is nice vs feeling pressured to spend hundred extra on things you might not necessarily need! I’ve been going for years and always will refer friends and silt because she’s so great!! Thank you all
