Lost black cashmere sweater. Said they gave it to me and that I lost it. Refused to compensate me for it. Called days later to say they found it.

I will never come here again. Beware- they don't treat customers well when things go wrong. I've been coming here 3 years. The woman recognizes me and knows my name. I bring all cleaning and tailoring here from South Natick. Today I brought back a wool poncho that had a coffee stain. I paid over $30 to have it cleaned and it didn't come out. While I was dropping off other cleaning, I brought this back and asked if they could try again. This was first time in 3 years that I asked something like this. The woman accused me of lying and that they hadn't cleaned it. I was absolutely shocked- first to be accused of lying and second that she refused to try to clean it again. I had left receipt at home. After I explained that I would never lie and I'm just hoping to have them try to get the stain out, she refused to give me any receipt that I was dropping it back off. If things go well, the owners are happy to take your money. For this overly priced cleaning, they should show more flexibility to help customers when a stain doesn't come out. I wasn't asking for money / refund so what's the cost of trying to spot clean a stubborn stain vs accusing a long time paying customer - over $100 every drop off- that she is lying? Unbelievable! Read google reviews- this is reflected in those reviews, as well. For this much money, go somewhere else.

I'm so happy I found a great dry cleaning service in town! I am very pleased with them, especially how they were able to get a stain out of my husband's suit that I had tried twice to have done at a different place. The owner is so friendly! They don't take credit cards just FYI.

Best cleaners in metro-west Mass. They routinely go above and beyond and leave your clothes looking like new. They are full service too. Best part, the owners and staff are just great people. Very professional. I'd give them six stars if possible.

Asked for a white tuxedo shirt to be cleaned and pressed. Well they pressed it alright, pressed the dirt right into it. Too bad they forget the cleaning part. My father has had issues with this place as well.I suppose I could give it another chance, but why bother? I now go to Chinney's across the street and have had 0 issues with them

Sylvia and her husband are extremely friendly and provide solid service. As another review noted, you don't need your ticket, they'll know you, and you'll be greeted with a warm, sincere smile. Great for dry cleaning, but I'll give the tip to take your alterations and tailoring elsewhere.

Been a happy customer for over ten years. Great service. Never need my receipt. When I run into the bank next door first, the owners always have my clothes waiting for me by the time I enter their store. The husband always helps me to my car with larger orders so I'm never dropping stuff in the parking lot. I've had several alterations done on various suits, sport coats, and trousers, all well done. Good, friendly owners. Convenient location nestled between the bank and the deli. Note: the review below from '09 appears to be mistaken. Royal isn't the cleaner across from Chinney's where they had their negative experience. It's a different one.

I love that I never need to say who I am or if I want my shirts hung or boxed. I also love that, no matter what, her reaction to any concern/question/complaint/compliment/natural disaster is to laugh hysterically and uncontrollably for about 30 seconds, then act like nothing happened.
