I order flowers for a family member online. The florist called to communicate details of the order. The bouquet was delivered in great condition and my father-in-law loved them, particularly the hand written note! Highly recommend!

A Wickliffe, Ohio florist ordered the flower arrangement from Post Road Florist so I didn’t see it beforehand. My brother described it as “stunning” when it arrived same day at Parlin Hospice for his wife.?

The flowers were beautiful however no call, text, or email was sent when the flowers arrived. I gave very detailed instructions of how to deliver to my apartment, but the flowers ended up being in the leasing office. If flowers are not delivered to the person or place that was instructed, a message of some kind needs to be sent. I ended up needing to tell the recipient that she should be getting flowers and she had to look herself to find them. It ruined the whole surprise on Valentines Day…. Not worth the 170$ I spent.

Flowers were delivered from Post Road florists and left outside the garage door with no overhang. There was no cellophane or wrapping on the flowers on a cold day .There was a covered porch a few steps away but the delivery person chose to leave them out in the cold and rain. I called Post Road. Florists to explain that when I got home the flowers were wet and partially frozen. They explained that they were very busy with a funeral order and would get back to me. After two phone calls they never did and I threw the bouquet out . It is my first experiencei with Post Road Florists and no doubt my last. Needless . to say I was both disappointed and dismayed.

It was Valentines Day of course and I had to find some flowers ASAP. I had never been here before even though I live in Wayland. I was met by a very nice lady and she helped me pick out a beautiful bouquet for my wife. I also got a stuffed bear . Great place and great staff!

Absolutely horrible service. Was guaranteed early delivery and of course showed up right before she was leaving for the day. Then to take all my information to let her know who it's from instead put another name on it. And all of that be charged $90 and potentially ruin a birthday present. Will never purchase from them ever again.

Ordered flowers for a family member and gave very little direction. They completely over-delivered. Bouquet was truly gorgeous and looked really premium. Great value overall! Highly recommend!

I never use anyone else! They are the best in the area. The staff are always able to interpret what I want, even if I can't explain myself. They have the best selection of flowers and are happy to accommodate any request.

Received a sympathy bouquet from this place. Just such a depressing arrangement. When I asked about it, I was told they copied 1800Flowers design and were going to tell the website I didn't like it. An artist is responsible for their work. I could find nothing close to this on the 1800Flowers website. I had a good day until I received these flowers. They came late, after dark rang the bell, banged on my door and interrupted my quiet evening to make me feel depressed.
