I have been working with Rebecca DeWolfe and Paresky Flitt for nearly a decade both personally and professionally and every year I am more impressed by Ms. DeWolfe and her entire team. They are professional, knowledgeable and so efficient with my busy schedule. They take such an interest in my family and my business success. I feel like they are truly cheering me on. They were one of the rare people I could count on through the COVID downturn. Their help saved my business. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I am giving them a 2-star rating, which I feel is kind given my experience.As background, we are a small business and have struggled over the last 4 years. For various reasons, we had not filed taxes for 2 years. We needed to file late for 2020 and 2021. The current year was 2022 and we intended to wind down operations on 12/31/2022.We paid Paresky & Flitt more than $20K to do our taxes for 2020 and 2021. My belief was that they would do some of the heavy lifting for this price, as our books needed some maintenance. When it was clear they could not, they wanted to pass me off to a bookkeeper at $100/hour. I hired my own bookkeeper who did an excellent job cleaning up everything and making sure it all tied out.Next, I get a notice (in July) from Paresky & Flitt telling me that they may not finish my 2021 taxes by the October 15 deadline and they would not be liable for any IRS penalties assessed. However, they assured me the taxes would be done by October 30.The returns were not complete by 10/30 and I had to pressure them to get the returns. Remember, this is after paying a bookkeeper to create squeaky clean books!In the months-long preparation of our returns, other events made it clear we would need to shut down our business at the end of 2022. I sent Paresky & Flitt a note to that effect with a request for their assistance finishing the 2022 taxes. The response I got was some pre-canned email stating they appreciated my $20K and would no longer be able to work as my accountants!Consequently, I need to find a new firm for one year of taxes and get them up to speed. This organization is not one I would recommend.

I have worked with this firm for 15 years and they have done an excellent job of exploring different tax strategies. They have helped me transition between different business entities; S corp, LLC, and C corp. I have sold two businesses and they were helpful every step of the way. They gave me strong support in filing taxes in various states as well as my personal taxes. I have been impressed with all the staff that I have met over the years. I strongly recommend the firm.

RUN from this place. WAY overpriced for the error prone returns produced. You'll sign forms you are not aware of what they mean, they will NOT review your tax returns with you prior to submitting them. And did I mention, they are WAAAAY overpriced for what they do NOT deliver. RUN...fast...

Worst accounting firm I ever worked with., They are overpriced and a ripp off. On top they prepared a tax return that brought ma an audit. After requesting help they refused and let me deal with the IRS. Unprofessional arrogant people. WORSE experience every please stay away! I will report them and take legal action against this firm.
