Wonderful, compassionate veterinary care. My dogs have received excellent care from the staff and from the doctors for several years. They are knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate their concern for helping me choose care that is do-able financially. I am also very glad they have mask policies and other Covid protocols in place as I am high risk and could not take my pets elsewhere. Thank you WAC!

I love my vet! Dr. Pinsky and her team are knowledgeable, professional and kind. I've been coming here from Newton for almost 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. My 4 dogs have gotten excellent care here and I highly recommend Wayland Animal Clinic.

We were fired by the owner, Dr. Pinksky, for stating that we wanted to be in the room when our pets were examined by their veterinarians. Without any discourse, she said that this request was incompatible with being served by Wayland Animal Clinic and fired us on the spot. Wayland Animal Clinic's COVID policy is to drop off ones pet in the parking lot, have no conversation with the vet prior to the exam, then receive a call from the vet after the exam. For pets with acute medical conditions like ours, for whom having a dialogue with the vet is part of good veterinary care, this system simply doesn't work. Being fired was a blessing, though, because we quickly found another vet in Wayland who treats owners with respect and does not have such draconian policies. My only regret is the thousands of dollars we spent at Wayland Animal Clinic over the last decade.

We've been taking our dogs to Wayland Animal Clinic since at least 2004, six years before Dr. Pinsky starting managing the practice. They were awesome in 2004, and are even more awesome today. Our dogs have always gotten the best care. When a specialist has been needed, we've gotten excellent and thoughtful referrals. A few months ago, Dr. Pinsky discovered that one of our dogs has diabetes. So that dog has required several day-long visits to track blood glucose -- and is unhappy about being there all day (tries to pee on the staff through the cage!). During one visit both of our dogs had appointments. Subsequently, the techs have asked us to ALWAYS bring the second dog when the first dog has an appointment, because that makes the first dog both happy and calm. I love that they figured out that the second dog is the first dog's emotional support dog, and that they invite the second dog each time!!

I went down to Wayland animal clinic to quickly pick up a bag of dog food. After leaving I received a phone call from the owner Catherine Pinsky. She basically had a meltdown and was very upset and rude because I went in without a Mask on. She told me she didn't want me as a client anymore. As it turns out I guess she lives with a lot of animals at her home several dogs cats birds and (three house gorillas) Who she refers to as her "children" One can only hope her "children" have better social skills than she does. After finding out this woman is a total quack I'm glad I am no longer her client.

WAC is so wonderful on so many levels. Wonderful vets and staff, very accommodating to emergencies, always gentle with our dogs - and the whole vibe there couldn't be better. FIVE stars for sure!!

Dr. Winer and the techs we've worked with really love animals (even difficult dogs like mine!). Their care and Dr. Winer's advice is evident of that. It is very anxiety reducing and a pleasure to receive their services for our "fur baby".

I’ve been using Wayland’s Animal Clinic services for over 15 years. I love how they’re so competent, lovable with our little girls and any other pets I had the opportunity to observe. Dr Pinzky is amazing and all the staff are great too. If you want your pets to be treated as you treat them bring them to Wayland Animal Clinic. I want to thank you Dr Pinzky and the entire staff for all the support and patience to me and to my Patty when I had to say goodbye and also what they continue to do to Susy and Molly. Thank you.

After taking family pets here for 15 years, I can't believe that they wouldn't see my puppy who was in town from Florida when he needed vet help. There is one amazing vet here- but they can be condescending, rush, and never want to accommodate. Do yourself a favor and go to Slade Vet Hospital in Framingham. I wish I had known about them years ago. I had the most AMAZING experience there. Very loving, attentive, caring, honest, and more. I will be recommending them to everyone I know in the area. I wish I had known about them sooner. I already told three friends who go to Wayland about Slade, and told them it is definitely worth the switch!

Would highly recommend this place. Our cat got great care during all of our visits. Appointments are easy to make and are within reasonable time. Never had an issue. Our cat gets very nervous outside the house and Dr. Warren was very patient and kind with her.

I found Wayland Animcal clinic about a year ago. I have taken my dog there for a "healthy dog" visit, a couple rounds of shots, and for a hot spot on his tail. Dr. Pinsky did our "healthy dog" check up and she did an amazing job. My dog was abused before I adopted him 3 1/2 years ago and he is still a little shy of new people. She handled him beautifully. I liked that she gave me facts and background on any health issues he was at risk for. The vet techs who have given him his shots have all been great with him. The shots were in and out with almost no waiting.
