No wonder such low rating 2.2. This pharmacy is pretty bad: recent prescription refills and deliveries are screwed up, twice on a row. they changed phone system so cannot talk to pharmacy anymore; A store clerk helped transferring my call to pharmacy but they just hangup.

This CVS location has the most impeccable customer service I’ve ever received! Everyone is super friendly and caring of your needs! The place is always so clean and well stocked I would go out of my way to drive to this location for any of my needs! Highly recommend going to this CVS located at Boston Post Road in Wayland, MA!

Truly awful experience getting my flu/Covid shot here. Came in for a 12:00pm appointment and wasn't taken until after 12:40. Despite the long line of people waiting for their appointments, the tech administering vaccines spent over 15 minutes making additional small talk with a couple after giving them their shots. No consideration for the line of people waiting. While this store is convenient to me, I won't be returning.

Brand new & clean, yet they don't ever have people to scan your items & check you out. Oh, there's a counter with two cash registers, but no humans. There are two self-service checkout stations as well, but if you run into trouble & need staff assistance, good luck. There are usually two people in the pharmacy, but they're busy with scripts. If you're in the mood for sone shoplifting, there are only two Wayland police working on any given shift so this would be a target rich environment. Zero stars.

The worst CVS pharmacy I have ever used. They are beyond slow and do not take any time to look up pending orders. The pharmacy consistently opens late. Lost a long time CVS customer because of this branch.

I've been a CVS customer for 30+ years. Perhaps it's the tight labor market or results of the pandemic, but overall customer service has declined. I've had incorrect scripts filled and been told I have to use the self check out. Recently I went through the drive through to pick up a script and was told to return in 15 min. I returned to the drive through and was parked there 5-10 min before someone came to tell me the drive through had been closed, even though the posted hours said otherwise and the shade was still open. Went inside and discovered the line was halfway down an aisle. Hey, I get it, it must of gotten busy quickly, but please close the shade or put a cone in the drive through.

I had to use the restroom at this CVS and after using it, I wish I never did. The women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The inside of the toilet seat was orange/brown, it looked like dried urine. Ants were crawling out of the bottom/base of the toilet, which I didn't notice until after using the toilet. If the restroom is in this bad of shape, then you can imagine how bad the store is.

This place is absolutely horrible. I have never seen such incompetence. Three times I have been here and all three visits have been the same. Find somewhere else
