“I found a mysterious puddle under the engine of my car the other day. I didn't see any leaks and couldn't identify what it was or where it came from. I drove to the closest mechanic to my home, Cook's Automotive in Wayland. I'm not a regular customer and didn't call for an appointment, but Carlos, one of the mechanics, immediately put the car on the lift and checked for leaks. He then checked all the fluid levels and didn't find anything wrong. When I offered to pay him something he said that there was no charge. Turns out the puddle came from an accidental spill in my garage, but if and when I have another automotive issue I would definitely bring it to Cook's.”
