Watertown Tile was really easy to work with, and they got our countertops replaced surprisingly quickly. For the work they did and the high quality of the materials, the price was also really reasonable. I would certainly use them again, and I highly recommend them!

Countertops came out very nice. They did a great job with the waterfall, lined up the veins perfectly. Backsplash was done in one piece and was incredibly precise.

I went there in person to get a quote for marble for kitchen. They told me they will give a quote in few days. I keep calling them and they keep telling me quote will come (or already sent), but never came.They have been polite and respectful but this level of lack of professionalism leaves me wondering whether I can trust them for anything else.Good luck getting your business operations working better.

We had worked with Watertown tile years ago when we re-did our downstairs and had had a great experience. I was excited to work with them again on a much larger project--a kitchen and a bathroom. We visited the showroom and were given a list of stone yards to visit. We picked out a few slabs for quotes and emailed them to Nauhana along with our kitchen plans. I got an email back saying "we'll be in touch soon!"A week goes by and I don't hear anything, so I call. I speak to someone else on the phone who says "not sure why she didn't get back to you but I'll take a look at this and email you tonight." Things happen, I understand that. But then I don't hear anything. That was on June 7th, almost two weeks ago. I've received nothing. No follow up, nothing. Two different employees ghosted me.Even if they didn't want to take on my project, they could have at least told me. They delayed us. Serves us right for not shopping around more. And then I just received a generic follow up email, obviously from some bot or something. It irked me but made me laugh more than anything. "Perfect!" WTF? It also reminded me to write this review, so thanks.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Watertown Tile and was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and craftsmanship. In particular, they cut a stunning custom piece of Carrera marble for my new shower inset that turned out absolutely beautiful. The cost was very reasonable, coming in at under $100. Still, the timeline for completion was slightly longer than anticipated, taking just over a week. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Watertown Tile for any future projects. I am confident you will be just as pleased with their work as I was.

I owe Watertown Tile a review since my last 3 projects were purchased at their shop - and - I have recommend it to so many people - this review is well overdue.There are a lot of stores you can go to - to buy materials- but the thing that keeps bringing me back is the knowledge and professionalism of the employees. They care and really help you. The shop also has a gorgeous and broad selection - always current with a variety of styles along with the proven standards. The prices are great too!Completely worth checking this store out - it’s absolutely worth the trip.

Very bad service. I ordered a box of tile and before I receive it, I called them to return it. I was told that since the item was already shipped from the storage (20 miles away!!!) to the store, I can only get refunded for 75% of the item. 25% restock fee!!!! And they never told me before I buy it. Even after I returned it, it took them 3 weeks to refund me. I called them 3 times and every time they said they were gonna refund right away but didn’t.Update:The owner just replied and said: “This fee is clearly displayed inside the store, on all invoices/estimates”. This is also false info. Another reason for not recommending this store. I have the emails of invoice and estimates. There is no information about restocking fee in any of them. They never tell you about restocking fee, so you can’t return or if you do, they get free money from you!!!

Of all the vendors / tile places I visited when renovating a bathroom this place was by far the best. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful - especially Ingrid! It was my first time picking tile / renovating a bathroom and they made this process so easy! They had a fabulous large selection. I love everything I chose - the floor tiles (I did two bathroom floors), subway tile on walls and the quartz for our windowsill and recessed niche. Highly recommend this place!!

Mickey, the owner, curates a fabulous selection of tile including classics to current trends. The customer service is reliable and honest which is a must given tight project deadlines. The showroom may not be flashy, but if you stop to take a look you will find everything you are searching for.
