Today, I went to Watertown Mutual for the used car check and I am impressed with their service. First of all, they accommodated my service request on the same day. Thanks to George. After they performed their checks, Mike went over all the inspection points clearly and pointed out where they identified the minor issues. They said it would take 90 minutes but they completed their work by 60 minutes. Mike was also kind enough to come to our car and explain the usage of some of the features as we asked questions. Great service and professionalism!!

Might be good, but couldn't get help. Made appointment a week ahead just to buy tires. Brought car in 30 minutes early. 2.5 hours later car wasn't even pulled in yet. Why schedule an appointment if I just get bumped out of line by walk-ins? Another day blown waiting for nothing. Will seek a reliable mechanic elsewhere.

Wow! A friend recommended I go there to plug my tires. *Michael* was super attentive. Finished up on something he was working on inside and was out to look at my tires within 5 mins. Evaluated them and plugged them right then.

State inspection close at 4:30 which is not shown. Went there again the next day and get inspection done in 15 minutes.

We've taken our cars here for years for gas, inspection stickers, repairs. Low prices, prompt service, nice work, honest people. Paul and his crew know cars well and work hard to keep even old ones on the road. Convenient location near several major throughways. Great place.

Amazing service and morals!! Came in to get my car inspected for registering my car and instead of doing the inspection and not telling me that if need another inspection anyways after getting registered they made sure I knew this and didn't have to pay for two inspections. It's service like this that keeps loyal customers! They could have pocketed an extra $35 from me but were kind enough to fill me in. Thank you and I look forward to coming back once I'm registered!!!!

Great guys here that give you quick, easy, and affordable service. They helped me 4+ times trying to get past a state inspection after having issues with my catalytic converter. No charges for diagnosing, just good advice, affordable quotes, and flexibility to come back for the fix and re-inspection. Will be coming back for any and all of my auto needs!
