We have been dealing with Watertown Ford for years, both in service & after sales matters. Everyone has ALWAYS been very helpful & guided us to effective solutions. I would highly recommend Watertown Ford to anyone who wants a fuss-free car buying experience.

Went to quick lane to get an oil change and was upsold a “Works” package that included a rotation. Took nearly three hours. Returned home to find I was missing one lug nut and another one was smashed. Living a half hour from the location and not wanting to lose an entire day; the manager’s offer was to mail me two lug nuts to make it right. Place takes three hours to change your oil and ruin your tires. Awesome. While I was in the waiting room there were two calls complaining about alignments. Whoever they had in that day was learning on the job. Computers were all down to boot, slowing everything down further.

I'm a retired U.S. Army Ranger and am fortunate to bank with USAA. I had a deal for a specific price on a new 2024 F250 Super duty truck and brought a certified check for the full amount from USAA. This dealership tried to disuade me from using USAA and pressured me to use their financing, which wasn't at the same low rate as USAA. I told them I had a check in hand for the full amount and was not going to change my financing. Watertown Ford then told me I would have to wait two weeks until the certified check cleared before I could pick up the truck. I walked out and contacted another Ford dealer in Vermont who are much more user friendly to buyers. Watertown Ford is a dishonest dealership. BEWARE: Do not purchase your Ford vehicles through this dealership.

After having my truck totaled, I was looking to replace it with essentially the identical model. I found the one I wanted at Watertown Ford and emailed Patrick, who got back to me within a day - and in that email, gave me the exact prices and values including MSRP, discounts, taxes, fees, etc. I told him I wanted to do as much remotely as possible, and again within 24 hours (it might have even been the first 24 hours) got everything settled and approved.
He even told me when I got there I'd be pitched a few things, told me what they were, told me what his thoughts were on them, and told me I could "say no in 2 seconds and be done with it".
I arrived about a week later (based on my schedule), signed some papers, discussed some options I said no to most everything and indeed the unnecessary addon services were done in 2 seconds. It took about 20-30 minutes to run the paperwork, we were able to complete the registration, they inspected the truck, and I was off in maybe an hour total. It was a great experience.
Despite being nearly two hours away, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Excellent customer SERVICE and overall experience! Emily in Service Department was extremely helpful and thorough in tracking down a difficult to identify, persistent problem with a Mustang Mach E. Even more, she followed up subsequent to the visit to ensure the problem was resolved. Highly recommend!

After waiting 20 days for my schedule appointment day service guys told me you don’t buy part from us that’s why we don’t wanna programming your 2nd key and car system that’s really bad and another thing they told me for checking each part they wanna charge me around 150$ come on you wanna getting easy money from your customer I don’t believe this company never fixed any small problems with out charging you big amount of money. Left my car with them twice. First time, I called them 4 times - no answer. Left couple of messages to find out if my car is ready - nobody called me back. Finally, they called 30 minutes before shut down and told me that they didn't touch my car because they need my perdition to fix it! Even though I brought this car for this particular repair! So after all they fixed it partially!I brought his car 3 weeks later with the repair they didn't do. Called me 2 hour before closing to tell me that they PROBABLY won't touch it today because they're too busy. So, they offered to leave my car overnight. Like I don't need to go home!Both time I've made an appointment in advance!Do not use their service!

Don’t ask about pricing or availability they sell to many cars to even answer. Most dealers won’t stop harassing you until they get a hold of you and tell them to stop. Not this place, they don’t even bother calling or emailing. Great job

Michael and PATRICK and staff at Watertown were very friendly and made the experience very seamless for someone like myself who drove 2 and a half hours to purchase the vehicle. The customer friendly dog is a nice touch as well.
