I placed a phone upgrade order with pickup set to this location (where it said the phone was in stock). The order’s status never changed to “ready for pickup”. Over the next few days, I tried calling this location multiple times and left a voicemail asking for a call back to check in on my order’s status. I never received a call back, nor were any of my 5-10 phone calls placed during business hours answered. I even got on a call with Verizon corporate, and they were unable to get a hold of this location or check my order’s status. Four days later I receive an email that my order was canceled because I didn’t pick the phone up in time.Awful location - does it even exist? Not worth the drive to find out. These Russell Cellular contractor locations are so bad. Another location last year had screwed up my order in a similar fashion.Now I have to deal with reconciling the canceled order with an in-flight device trade-in process. Thanks Russell!

First-time in this verizon store, and it went pretty smoothly. Was in and out. Customer service was quick to resolve our issues.

I visited this Verizon store today on my lunch break hoping to upgrade my phone. When I walked in, there were 3 women sitting at a table in pajamas and sweats, all scrolling on their phones. They all turned around when I walked in and I said "hello," to which I received no response. Another lady walked in behind me shortly after and she was also not greeted. I stood there for another 6-7 minutes before deciding to leave. Once I pulled off, I saw that one of the 3 girls got up to greet the lady behind me. Super unprofessional from customer service to attire. I would avoid this Verizon store.

Shout out to Sam! That girl knows what she’s doing! At first when I walked in I was reluctant to work with her because she has face tattoos, but do not judge a book by its cover!!! I provided her with numerous problems that I was on the phone with Verizon for hours about (trade in error from another store, upgrading to a new device and switching from my mothers account to my own) Also shoutout the manager Moses! These people know how to run a business. Super courteous, respectful, and always treats the customer with care. I’ll always come back here because the other Verizon stores nearby just want your money and cause too many headaches but not these guys!!!!

Very unhappy with a purchase of an Apple Watch for my son. First, I was not called as promised when the watch came in. After multiple calls of mine were unanswered, I drove to store and had to wait 45 min for assistance. 2nd, I paid $40 for set up and I had to do myself with no guidance. The store was busy, but I waited with my son and never got any real assistance except when I walked over to flag a person down and interrupt them with other customers (who came in after me). Even then, they couldn’t answer a question my 10 yr old ultimately figured out. 3rd, I explicitly stated I did not want insurance on my product when I made the purchase. It was mentioned I when I picked it up that there was insurance on device, I asked to verify there was no cost and I was told there wasn’t. Now, looking at my bill, I’m being charged $17 per month. Go to Apple, it’s a much better experience

Spent 45 minutes getting Internet service installation scheduled. Turns out, not only did they not hold to their scheduled date but after calling Verizon corporate THEY NEVER SCHEDULED SERVICE OR INSTALL.After trying to call them (seriously try it) the listed number never picked up and the voicemail doesn't work. Would never recommend this place unless you want to wait a week to schedule an actual install another week later. Waste of time.

On Sunday, June 15th, I decided to walk the mile to this Verizon store instead of driving. I checked the website before leaving and saw it opened at 11:00am. When I arrived at 11:30am, I saw 2 cars in the parking lot with people sitting in them. When I tried the door to the store and realized it was locked, I approached a woman and her son in one of the cars.She told me she had been sitting there since 11:05am and no one has come yet to open up. She also said another set of customers got sick of waiting and left. She was going to wait it out a bit more because today is her daughter's birthday and the gift was inside that closed store. I however, decided to cut my losses and walk back home.After today's experience, and reading some of the other one star reviews, will never be back again. At least I got my steps in today.

Folks, run don't walk to this Verizon store for anything you might need. I have never had a better retail experience. The manager, Moses, is the nicest, most patient, most knowledgeable guy, and he treated me like royalty - super amazing pricing, zero pressure about which phone/plan to choose and incredibly helpful. Verizon should be really proud that this man represents them because I got to see him in action with a belligerent customer...he could not have been nicer, no matter how rude she got. It was a masterclass in customer service. So if you want total transparency and great pricing from a really honest guy, go see Moses. He's got my business for life!

Not very knowledgeable or aware of recent system events or outages that could and have affected millions of customers nationwide. Also the store was severely understaffed, but this is an ongoing problem during these economic times. Other than that the store was very clean and the employees very respectful and kind.

Purchased a new iPhone today. Moses was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Great experience!
