FYI as of 03Feb2024 this location is locked up with a hand made sign on the door saying it’s permanently closed and to call your city councilor. Unclear if this is a real permanent change

It's one of my favorite post offices in Boston area. It's small but there is always no line (some other usps could horribly make you wait on the line). The desk was not necessarily friendly and kind, but service was easy, quick and my mails were delivered on time. Street parkings are usually available nearby.

I hate going to this post office as there are two workers (the man and woman who were on duty at the desks at 4:30PM January 8th 2024) who are extremely rude and make me dread going. They make you feel bad for asking them to do their job. The man let out a large sigh and rolled his eyes when I asked to purchase a book of stamps and mail a prepaid, prepackaged envelope. The woman was being extremely rude to a man who did not speak great English and had questions about a form. Last time the man belittled and talked down to my girlfriend for asking a basic question. I think it is time for an investigation over the workplace culture and individuals at this location.

Extremely extremely rude and arrogant employee's.The man who was helping me was being very very rude to us.He didn’t care to really help us understand how to fill out forumsVery very poor customer service from 2 employeesIt almost sounded like he was talking down to us like we couldn’t understand anything.

Never has a postal employee spoken to or treated me in the way this female employee did. If you are not happy with your job and servicing the public then a new line of work should be considered. Got upset and said out loud how helping me would take too long.

I always dread going here because there is a man who works here who is extremely racist. Every time he sees my address (foreign country or us territory) he always says the same degrading things and comments- For example, he said he has a friend who lives where I’m from and says that it’s incredibly boring and it’s a terrible place to live. What this has to do with posting my mail is beyond me, but this happens every time. He also scoffs at things me or other customers say, often chuckling or making fun of them. I’ll be sure to get his name the next time so people can avoid him or so that he is held accountable for his behavior.

Love the post office! I sell my clothes and stuff on Poshmark so I’m there A LOT! Lol EVERYONE there is super nice, helpful, and really efficient and get everything out on time! They’re also really great people I’ve gotten the pleasure of getting to know over the past year or so while selling on Poshmark. Everyone is always there with a smile even when it’s hectic at some times. I would give em a 10/10 if I could so 5/5 will have to do for now. If you live in Watertown you know what I mean we’re all pretty close if not go check out the post office already!

I just left this place 20 mins ago and am still in shock at how rude this guy was and how I was treated as a customer. I have always given grace to customer service workers as I know dealing with the public daily isn’t always great… but this guy’s behavior was inexcusable, abrasive and rude. If you hate people who arent causing problems so much… work somewhere else!!I went to this post office a few weeks ago to mail some save the dates. The woman who helped me was SO nice and said congratulations and just made it a really nice experience. It was significantly busier this time than when I went today too.Today, I had a few returns and some questions about them- plus needed to buy one mailer for a pair of jeans I had a label for but no package for. The man who “helped” looked instantly irritated by the fact I had more than one thing to mail out. He treated me like I was stupid for not having everything perfectly put together and god forbid he had to do any extra work. I had a few more save the dates to mail out and he looked annoyed that he had to weigh it (because there is a small magnet in there). He then sent me away when I went to put the jeans in the mailer (which btw- he made me go grab an expensive designed one when there was an entire wall of plain mailers to purchase right behind him… ) saying “this whole process take place over there not infront of me” Which is fine if I was actually taking up space/ time but there’s nicer/more pleasant ways to say it. I was as kind as I could possibly be and just needed help with a few things. Plus… there wasn’t anyone behind me. It’s not like it was busy and I couldn’t simply slip a pair of pants into an envelope. You would have thought I was asking him to walk the f-ing things there himself with how he was speaking to me.He is such a miserable human being and I hope next time (if I return to that post office) I get the woman I had last time or the man who was working the other desk today who was actually nice and friendly. If I go and he’s working I’m literally turning around or waiting until the other person working is free.

Great post office, very helpful and great turnaround time. I did a passport renewal and I happened to print the wrong form for it. Breanna was super helpful, friendly and helped me walk through the process to get everything sorted out in 20 minutes. I didn't think it was gonna be that easy! Really appreciate the positive attitude!

No complaints except that DeJoy needs to properly fund the usps.

over the last 40 days I have received about 20 packages. 18 were by AMazon and had no problem. 2 were with USPS. Both scanned as delivered when they were not. One showed up 3 days later with damaged packaging, The other delivery is lost. USPS said they would investigate I don't kow what that means but i suspect the investigation will not include finding my package.

so today i'm here because it's not the first time it's happened. supposedly there was a delivery for today on the track number it says it was delivered to my door but the usps never showed up at my door, i understand that it delivered to another address or the usps stole my package . the most that annoys me is that no one from usps in Watertown does not help you with anything to solve the problem and no one knows where your package is. stressful . at night I had another delivery , I waited for the delivery man at my door I asked a question . he ignored me not answered me , pretended i was not talking to him , rude , stupid person , not professional .

I would give this location 5 red stars if I could the customer service is so bad. Waited for 22 minutes in line, only one clerk working, three people left that were behind me. Other employees were hiding out back and would not help.
