The guys who worked here on 8/11/2024 needs to go to rehab … screaming and very nervous. He almost broke my box when I put it on the table and he said that he will not use tape to close the box, after I told him UPs and different locations always can tape box for you if needed.

I wonder if all the negative reviews are from people trying to keep folks from coming here because it's actually a really good UPS store.
I've had to return Amazon packages a few times, and never had an issue. Every time I walk in, show them the code, and walk out in less than 20 seconds.
As for shipping-shipping, last time I went in was over Christmas, and I had a lot of packages for various people, and the person running the shop was extremely helpful and efficient.

Ups store has been great! I only use 1 particular branch in chestnut hill shopping plaza! Very friendly staff! Never a wait, if there is its short. Always had great experience with them and will continue to use them. Nothing like being able to track your packages!!

The owner is a life saver! I needed to notarize a document and have it shipped overnight. Not only did he calmly walk me through the process and ensure everything was completed appropriately, he also recommended where I could quickly get a money order which I also needed for my shipment. To add to all of this, I forgot to include a copy of identification with my document and rushed back to add it. He calmly got my package, scanned and copied my ID and helped me package it all up in time to be shipped overnight. Did I mention, this was all less than a hour to closing time and overnight pickup?! Seriously a life saver and I’m forever grateful for his help, professionalism and kindness. Thank you!

Chris was a legend! So patient! I’m moving out of my dorm and had to send a lot across state. He handled it with so much kindness and made a stressful thing such as a move just a little easier. Thanks so much!

Not sure if this old man had a bad day, but this is the worst experienceI ’ve ever had at a UPS location- doesn’t seem interested in resolving any issues- charges $3 to print out prepaid labels a- incompetence at handling Amazon returns.

HORRIBLE..HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE !!! - I sent an expensive package from this location to an auction house in Texas. After three weeks of non delivery, the package came back to me. I called the UPS store after seeing the package was delivered and signed for, but I didn't have the package at my door. I spoke to the UPS store and spoke to Shawn. I explained the situation, that the package wasn't delivered and that I had spent $45.00 and my package was lost. His first statement was "What do you want me to do ??" - I was like, "Excuse me ?!' - Then he said "It's a UPS problem. Why you calling me ??!!!" - I was literally flabbergasted !! - I told him, "You're the UPS store ! I expect you to have answers"
By now I am seeing red. I hadn't realized all the negative reviews that are so rampant on here about Shawn and this particular UPS store,
I was told that my package was there, signed by him and that I could get it.
I picked it up and called the customer service number for the main UPS Store headquarters. The person I spoke to wasn't much help either. He assured me he would look into it and get back to me in an hour. He did not. I called after 2 hours and he explained why the package wasn't delivered.
I was out the $45 for shipping, I had my package sit in Texas for three weeks and I got treated horribly when I inquired as to what happened.
ABSOLUTLEY avoid this UPS store !

Employees suck, they only get paid for 1 minute 2.99$ of computer use, and they're not polite at all, it's a disgrace
