Waiting the whole day for a signature required package but the driver just didn’t show up and didn’t even leave a notice. They just said “ You miss the package.” You can’t do ANYTHING! I wish I can go straight to the warehouse to get my package.

They are supposed to call me but they didn’t call and toon the package back. I am trying to find my package to pick up they don’t help me to find mu package and they decide the time to deliver and cant be home at that time no one cares at all. I have been waiting for a month and now I cant receive it

If something requires a signature you must ship to a store. Drivers will not knock. Period.
