We bring our dog Churro to Toureen once a week for daycare and at least one weekend a month for boarding. She absolutely loves Toureen and we always feel so comfortable leaving her there. I can tell the staff loves her like I do! She never wants to leave when we pick her up. So glad we found such a wonderful place to care for our pup when we can’t!

We have been going to Toureen for years, now. I honestly can’t think of anything to complain about. The service has always been top notch, and our dog is always excited to go back.

Top notch daycare and boarding. High standards of cleanliness, safety, as well as love and affection towards the dogs. Staff have been there long term and develop close relationships with the dogs. Teddy (our 3yo goldendoodle) loves everyone there, enjoys his dog friends, and typically boards in suites which are spacious, clean and nice. Boarding combined with daycare makes Toureen a second home for Teddy. We are VERY grateful since we feel our dog is safe and happy!

I own a long haired miniature dachshund and we love this place!Also, a guy that works there or owns the place (not sure) is genuinely a nice human being!

We take our 4 yr old black lab to Toureen regularly for boarding (5-8 times a year). The staff are extremely kind, helpful and care for our dog as if she was their own. Toureen is not cheap, however quality service and surety are well worth the peace of mind. We also use Toureen’s grooming services. There’s nothing better than picking up our happy (and clean) pup at the end of a trip. The butt waggles alone are worth every penny

Awful place!Our 4 months old puppy went there twice and the second time we got a call that he is hurt. He was left UNSUPERVISED all by himself and broke his leg and needed surgery. They even had video proof! Unbelievable!Facility denied and didn't offer to help cover the costs. Terrible experience and rude staff.Would NEVER recommend!

Toureen Pet Resort and Spa is our go to pet resort and spa and we live in Cape Cod! The staff has always treated us with respect and kindness. The care for our fury family has been outstanding and they always have been responsive to our needs….Thank you Toureen for giving us peace of mind whenever we need your services!I highly recommend Toureen Pet Resort and Spa!!!

The workers are the only good thing about this place. The owners put up a facade that's it's great and clean. They use bleach and cheap cleaning supplies that are not even dog safe. The dog to people ratio is unsafe. I feel bad for the people who work there really. My dog came home with kennel cough after being boarded there. Since she's vaccinated it wasn't that bad. Also came home with Giardia over 5 times. This place has cost me thousands of dollars in vet bills. If you do chose to board; pay the extra for the suite. That back Kennels are disgusting and sad. Also NO ONE STAYS OVERNIGHT to watch the dogs. Is that even legal? Everytime I picked my dog up she drinks a lot of water. Exactly like everyone said that left a 1 star review. Place is a lawsuit waiting to happen and needs to be shut down!

Look no further you have found a second home for your pet. I have been using Toureen for 25yrs. My golden and rescue know when we are close and get so excited! Place is immaculate and staff are so kind. My rescue can be anxious so I have to be very careful about her environment but not there. The girls at the desk are so gentle with her. I never worry when I go on vacation. I know my babies are in good hands.

After boarding my dog for a week, we came to pick up our dog to find that a severe dog virus had been spread throughout the kennel. We are in week 6 now and several $1000s in meds and vet visits. They took no accountability after over 30 dogs during same week got the same virus. Didn't sanitize and clean to stop the spread. I'll never use their services again.
