Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a broad selection of styles, including unique ones, and high quality tiles. Customer focused efficient service. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Rene’ help with our fireplace upgrade project. She went beyond and above to find us the rare tile we were looking for. She suggested us a cost effective tile layout and found a perfect color match to existing fireplace colors. Tile Showcase in Watertown is definitely a place to go !

Working with Carole from Tile Showcase was essential in bringing our bathroom design vision to life. Her assistance was invaluable as she quickly understood our preferences and suggested a range of subway tiles, accents, pencils, and trim that perfectly matched our design style. With her expertise, we were able to determine the exact amount of materials needed based on our measurements. Carole also recommended a beautiful plaid glass accent tile for an inset, which added a delightful touch to the overall design. We are grateful for her help.

I went in to Tile Showcase today with the intention of narrowing down my choices and I happened to talk with Katherine and I told her what I was looking for - just the idea- and in about 5 minutes she'd directed me to the perfect tiles which I would have never considered! But she knew better than I what I was looking for! She also introduced me to some tile companies that I will use in the future. I can't overstate how helpful it was.

PROS:. Large selection of tile. Great designsCONS:. Once you sign the order, there are NO returns. All sales are final.. Sales people are always in a hurry and their main focus is to make a sale.. Delivery dates of items are confirmed only after purchase. Their instock items still take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Anything "special ordered" took over 2 months. . Any items not delivered has to be picked up at their warehouse in Southborough. They wouldn't ship it to the showroom.ADVICE: a) Bring a calculator and double check their math!b) Purchase non-tile items such as grout and sealer from any other vendor, such as Floor & Decor instead. Otherwise you will pay twice the amount through them.

WOW! I can not say enough wonderful things about Tile Showcase's new gorgeous showroom!! The sales staff went above and beyond in helping me make my selections and were helpful right up until the end when it was installed. They had a lot of creative ideas that I wouldn't have thought of and the end result is like a magazine. Can't believe it's in my home!! There is plenty of off street free parking which you might not see at first but if you miss it there is also street parking. Also a big shout out to their delivery driver so friendly and kind.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with her and also Nicole when Rene was out. Rene has a creative eye and really cares about customer satisfaction. She even helped me with questions after our tile purchase was complete. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience with this store and I would not shop here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.First, the tile I purchased here was defective, it had a residue on the surface that became apparent when my contractor opened the boxes to install and showed it to me. Worse, when I tried to contact the store to get replacement tile, I was unable to get in touch with anyone. I tried every possible choice on the phone menu and could not speak with a person. I left voicemail for the sales associate that sold me the tile and she did not return my call. The inability to contact people at the store was typical: When I first started shopping for tile, I tried to call the Watertown store to find out if the showroom was open due to COVID and no one answered, so I called the Boston store and they said yes. Later in the process I called to get pricing on some tile I had seen and again no answer, so I called Boston and they gave me the prices. Finally, I had the experience described above with defective tile and could reach no one, so called Boston again and they put me in touch with Joe in the warehouse in Watertown. Joe was a blessing, he confirmed that the entire lot of tile was defective and arranged a replacement.

Rene Yang was so wonderful to work with for our project. We remodeled two bathrooms, and Rene helped us with tile selection and consulted on so many design decisions. She worked with us at our price point and was creative with materials and solutions. She was incredibly patient with us throughout the project. We appreciate all of her support and are thrilled with our selections!

They have been amazing to work with! From the start they were always very helpful and patient with me, with my numerous visits to the showroom. They helped and made many suggestions until they and I knew we made the right choice for each selection. I would highly recommend them and enjoyed working with them.

Terrible customer service. For them to answer a PHONE is a miracle, the phone rings and rings..Sometimes the receiptionist will answer...Sending them an email, you get poor response. When you visit the sales room it is either closed(Design Centre) and no way of contacting them. Going to the Watertown location, hardly any customers in the showroom. If you ask for help you are just rudely serviced. After demanding better service Christina tells me if i dont like the service i should go other places. i understand why they have no customers with that type of attitude. i finally was transfered to the owner 'Joe' who seemed too busy doing everyone job that it was difficult for him to answer my questions. He refered me to the sales force of course queen Christina refused to assist me. and again i was sent back to Joe. The order did come in as promised in a weeks time. however for them to answer the phone it is a miralce. So if you plan on getting stuff there call make sure you get response before ordering, as they would never call you or help you. When i went there i met Joe the 'owner' his attitude was same as Christina. i would just go to another shop. i have purchased before from this shop but never again. Joe claims they have been in business 20 years, but with the type of service you get there, i wouldnt expect they will be in business many more years...

I have been a customer of Tile Showcase a number of times and found each experience to be very, very helpful and professional. Recently I had a complicated (for me) multifaceted project. I worked with Courtney Wall, a designer, who helped me in a step by step process to sort out what I needed, the best design options and made suggestions for aspects of the project I hadn't considered. She was a pleasure to work with and saved me countless hours and refined the final plan for a very polished beautiful look. I would highly recommend her and the Tile Showcase.
