I had a great experience at The Tile Shop today. Darleen and Emmanuel were very helpful in helping me choose and coordinate tile for my project. They were knowledgeable with great design sense and helped me create a look I love. Lilly and Sharb were also helpful. Definitely recommend The Tile Shop for the great selection and attentive service.

I have spent hours in this showroom. From the moment I first entered this store until the very last transaction, the staff went above and beyond!! They called me after hours, sat with me to figure out all the details and guided me every step of the way. Shout out to Darleen, Dayna and Rochester's Branden :) . It's SO hard to find anyone who is genuinely willing to help these days (and with a smile on their face) Thankyou all!

Spacious showroom with an extensive collection of tile. Adrian, the Assist Mgr, was extremely helpful with pricing the job and gathering the 6-7 samples I need to make my project decisions. Definite go-to for tile shopping.

Once I imagined myself to be an interior designer after watching way too much home renovation television. I renovated my kitchen with beautiful and expensive countertops, appliances, cabinets etc. I looked around and realized I had an in-cohesive greige (that's beige and grey) nightmare on my hands. I went to store after store looking for a backsplash to tie it all together. My last stop before hiring someone to fix my mess was a design appointment with Adrian. He looked at my pics with total calm, selected a backsplash and said, "This is the one." I wasn't sure if he was arrogant or just confident, but I took the backsplash home and it was absolutely perfect. It was like he peered into my soul and saw the look I was going for - a mix of old and new, bold and neutral that is hard to put into words. From a design help perspective, this place is five stars. Customer service is top notch. The selection is amazing. Thank you Adrian!

Once a customer, always a customer. This is a store where every customer is treated equally, in a consistent caring way. Mike, the owner, is always very helpful. Mike helped me get all the tiling needs for three bathrooms and a kitchen starting twenty years ago. I have not seen him for ten years. Recently, I visited his store with a problem outside of direct tiling needs and he solved it in a few minutes. Even after ten year, I was treated with the same courtesy and friendliness as before.

Brett was a big help. He assisted us with design of our bathroom with the right colors, shapes and design of tile. Bathroom came out great. We had to buy and return tiles after initial purchase and everything went smoothly. Tile is very nice quality, as well. Would recommend.

Leoni was great. The moment we entered the store, we were greeted immediately and asked if we needed any help. We looked around for a while on our own, but whenever we had a question or needed any sort of assistance, Leoni was right there ready to help answer any sort of questions. She was diligent in giving me enough space when I was shopping around and was there whenever she was needed. Very knowledgeable and made navigating the store easy. In addition, the samples you're allowed to bring home are full sized samples which make it easier than looking at tiny samples provided at other places. Overall great experience in the store.
