I bought two custom pillows to go on my new sleep sofa. I was able to borrow swatches and choose which ones looked the best. I am totally pleased and satisfied with the results.

Toni and her team at The Custom Shop were phenomenal! I came into the shop needing to get my high-end sofa re-upholstered before I left the country for an extended trip to Asia. I was thrilled to find a huge selection of stunning high quality fabrics to choose from, and grateful for her staff's patience with me as I went through at least a hundred different swatches of cream colored fabrics. Once selected, Toni was able to schedule my couch to be picked up, re-upholstered, and delivered during my travels, allowing me to return home to my STUNNING newly re-upholstered sofa! I will use The Custom Shop for all future upholstery work to be done!

My couch cushions were not as firm and comfortable as they once were and I finally decided to look into having them replaced. I’m so glad I found The Custom Shop. Toni and her team were so knowledgeable and friendly. Toni let me try out different levels firmness, for quite some time, until I was comfortable with my final decision. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. My entire experience was top notch. I’m glad I know where to go whenever I’m in need of new cushions, furniture reupholstery and more. Thank you!

The workmanship was superb. The help with fabric choice was ideal for our needs. The drop off and pick up was faster than we expected. We are extremely happy with the Custom shop and will be using them again for a future piece.

We have had a wing chair reupholstered and had cushions replaced on a living room sofa and loveseat. Both experiences were excellent, and the workmanship was first class. The shop employees were very helpful in selecting the type of fabric and pattern. They were able to fit the cushion replacement into a quick turnaround schedule. We were very, very happy.
