I highly recommend purchasing a table from Saltwoods. I found this company through my sister who also purchased a table through them. I love her table, so when I was looking for an heirloom dining set I visited their showroom in Needham.
Saltwoods are masters of their craft. They make the process smooth and transparent and offer expert guidance to help you and your family make the right choices for your space. My husband and I purchased a walnut table. We love it and will cherish it for the rest of our lives. We were given detailed care instructions. We purchased through Ryan Alfonso. He made the entire process smooth and kept us informed every step of the way.

I purchased a $5,500 table. After the very long lead time at their schedule, the table was ready-white glove delivery, that I paid for. My dining room needed some last minute repairs before delivery. They wanted to charge me for storage. I had them bring it to the house and lean it against the couch until the dining room was ready. I requested that the next time they were in the area with a delivery, would they swing by, install the legs and move it into place. They said sure. $250 for a short house call. My take away is a huge bait and switch. Gladly take your deposit, then pay in full…. Take delivery when they say and when you need some flexibility, PAY UP!

I am absolutely thrilled with my dining table from Saltwoods! The entire experience was exceptional, from the moment I placed my order to the day it arrived at my doorstep. Their communication was prompt and friendly, and they were more than willing to accommodate my specific requests. The craftsmanship of the table is impeccable, and it looks stunning in my home. Dan and his team did an amazing job building two unique pieces for our home: they were able to understand our style and needs, and had great suggestions to help us find the best wood and finish. The craftsmanship of the builders in the team is just incredible. My wife and I are so happy with our 2 tables for our living room, making the whole space much more elegant and unique.
We will be back with more projects!

Been searching for a high-quality solid wood table online for quite some time, but all my previous attempts had left me disappointed. However, when I came across Saltwoods and decided to visit their store, it turned out to be the best experience ever. We ended up ordering a custom table that we were absolutely thrilled about.
Sarah and Dan at Saltwoods are awesome. They totally rocked the customization experience for a table. Patiently listened to our ideas, geeked out over woodworking details with us, and crossed every t on the little details. They've got loads of experience and really cool insights into woodworking. We can't wait to see our new table, all thanks to them and the team. If you're after top-quality woodwork and great service, Saltwoods is the place.

Saltwoods made my custom dining room and coffee table and they are absolutely STUNNING. Highly recommend them - the process from start to finish was seamless from going in to pick out the wood and stains to having the tables delivered. They are very helpful making your vision become a reality.

We are so pleased with our custom table from Saltwoods--it is beautiful! We have a square dining room and wanted a table that could fit eight--we worked with the staff to come up with a design that would not only match our style but also was going to withstand life with multiple children. This is one of the main reasons we invested in a Saltwoods piece--as our main table, it could not be "precious", meaning I didn't want to constantly cover a beautiful wood table with pads or a table cloth for fear of damage during meals (dinnertime is already hard enough!). I was sold on Saltwoods when, in the showroom, they dragged a fork across a sample piece of wood and showed me how to buff it out. We look forward to many happy gatherings around our new table! Thank you, Saltwoods!

"I am so pleased with 8 custom built Saltwood tables. Dan was a pleasure to work with as our designs changed over many months. Delivery was on time, and done by a helpful crew. Dan has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process of building a live edge table. We came in on multiple weekends to see options in the shop and Anne was a delight to work with. When the table was delivered, it was as gorgeous as we could have hoped and the guys were clean and had it assembled quickly.

I shopped for over a year looking for the right dining table - checked all the major brands; RH, Williams Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Stickley, DWR, etc... and also explored multiple online furniture sites. I finally visited the Saltwoods workshop and was really impressed with the quality of their work. Plus I was able to customize the table size, leg dimensions, wood type and finish. They were a pleasure to deal with and very patient with all my changes and queries. On top of an excellent experience the overall price was comparable to factory made.

We worked with Dan and team on three different items (live edge sliding door, live edge dining table, and an office desk) and we couldn't be happier with the end results. They exceeded our expectations and the pieces are focal points in the room that often receive compliments. Highly recommend!

Saltwoods has been such a pleasure to work with--from design to delivery! We've done 2 pieces of furniture with them (so far)--the most recent a kitchen island which exceeded our expectations! Great quality and beauty. They paid close attention to every detail we had discussed and created a gorgeous and functional piece of furniture that our family will enjoy for many years to come!
