After more than 100 moves with Olympia, this review is long overdue. I’m a Move Manager and have partnered with Olympia for about 8 years. During that time, we’ve done all kinds of moves - mini, local, multi-day large scale, interstate and international.Olympia is my go-to moving company for a lot of reasons:1) The crews are excellent and they are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure the client is satisfied. There are too many people to name here, but some of my favorite crew leads are Rawn, Andrei T, Carlos, Bob, Andrei R, Branislav, and Marius.2) Estimates are fair, thorough and transparent (I love Eddie in sales).3) They also have fantastic move coordinators who will make sure all of the details are buttoned up and check in with you along the way.4) Everyone behind the scenes at the warehouses, in operations, finance/billing and other back office operations are a pleasure to work with as well. Their storage facilities are large, clean, and efficiently run.5) When something doesn’t go according to plan (let’s face it, it happens occasionally), Olympia does everything they can to make it right. And we learn from these experiences and make ourselves even better.

The team that packed us, and the team that unpacked us were very impressive. They worked exceptionally well together good humor, good cheer and camaraderie. I was very impressed.They were consistently respectful, and wanted to do nothing more than make us happy and they did that!

Absolutely professional all the way ! From the initial call to the delivery at the new house Olympia moving is on top of their game!They answered all my questions and called the day before to make sure I was ready.Moving with a 10 months old baby is stressful and difficult but Olympia made this process smoother.The sales person Ida is very knowledgeable and very professional!I highly recommend!

My husband and I used Olympia for our move a few weeks ago, and our experience with them was so great from start to finish! I highly recommend. It was a two-day job, one for packing and one for load out/load in. They arrived right on time, and packed our old home so well and were incredibly patient with us as we were still finishing up a few things so asked them to go in a specific order of rooms. The next day was pouring but nonetheless they didn't skip a beat, the crew worked through the rain and paid a ton of attention to putting down drop cloths to keep our new home as dry as possible. They were careful with all of our belongings and not one thing broke in the move. It was a highly professional and polite team - we enjoyed working with them and would happily do so again!
