I recently visited a Nike store with my children to buy them new sneakers, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude to my kids. We were met with completely dismissive attitudes and unprofessional behavior. This lack of courtesy made what should have been an enjoyable shopping trip quite unpleasant. I hope Nike addresses this issue to ensure a more respectful and customer-friendly environment in the future.

The store in the Arsenal Yards is super clean and organized. Missed the opportunity to do the survey, but just wanted to leave a review how the store and give recognization to the worker, Bruce. He helped us that day, and was super helpful along with completing the whole experience from end to end. Made the transaction smooth as well! Thank you!

I had a great experience at the Nike unite store in Watertown . Bruce was extremely helpful , patient , knowledgeable and professional.The variety of available products to choose from was great . I definitely recommend this store.

We had a great experience today! Carol really went above and beyond to help us. My husband is hard to fit, and she stayed with us for probably 30 minutes helping him find two pairs he was really happy with.

The prices of the sales items here are expensive starting at $89-$100. So me wearing a common size of 9.5 seems to mean I had about ten options and only one was under $50 oh but they were size 10 and the soles were cheap foam material.They have a refurbished section to the right, yeah they refurbish sneakers and sell in the store, the thing is...they sell them for $80/$90+.I just went to New balance which was nearby for better value and materials.

I had Christian helping me last week and he was very friendly and helpful. He said he was new but I couldn’t tell. I put some sneakers on hold and then went to a different sneaker store and found better ones for me so I wanted to at least leave him a review for all of his patience and help.

I've never encountered such rude service! First, I politely notified a floor worker that many of the boxes mislabel actual shoe sizes. Her response was that she didn't care and that I can either leave or keep looking for my shoe size. Upon checking out socks, another floor worker gave me a thumbs up to wear a pair to try on shoes. I told her that I will pay up front and she gave me a thumbs up. When I got to check out, a horribly rude cashier said, "you are not supposed to rip merchandise before you purchase." It's more how he said it than what he said, as if I was planning to streak the socks while also attempting to purchase them. He demanded to know who told me I could wear a pair, and I told him that he should check with his colleagues. He gave me a smug look right before his system crashed and I had to wait to pay for everything until it rebooted. It should have left but I will not be returning. Stay away. Horribly rude employees, who treat customers like trash and theives.
