Love their showroom - - BUT - - their people don't follow laws all the time - - - - One of their trucks was on Broadway in Revere, MA, about 12:45 on Monday, Oct. 23 - - - DRIVING WHILE TEXTING - - HEAD DOWN - - texting in TRAFFIC while his and other vehicles moving.

Very disappointed that they don't stand behind their products. I had a great experience a few years ago when redoing two bathrooms and purchased all new fixtures at Moniques. 5 years later one of my very expensive faucets has failed. I had a very difficult time reaching anyone. I was told by Monique's to call the manufacturer, who told me to call the vendor. Finally after almost 2 months I was told they don't consider this a warranty problem and wished me good luck. I purposefully chose to buy from a reputable showroom and bought what I considered a high end faucet, with a 10 year warranty, rather than a big box store to avoid this exact scenario. I understand that they don't want to offer a full refund, but at least some sort of credit for a new faucet would seem appropriate. They have lost my business and my referrals.

We remodeled our home bathroom and replaced everything with new items from Monique’s, whose salesmen are amazingly knowledgeable and very, very helpful. Prices are very reasonable and deliveries are on time. They carry multiple lines but do special orders without a pause. Highly recommended.
