I went in for a oil change, after the oil change the Nigerian man told me I need to change the tires which I know, and that my battery was low and I might need to replace it soon... which I know was bs because I haven't had no issues with my battery what so ever, so when he gave me the keys I try to turn on the car and it was a no go, the car wasn't able to turn on so the other Brazilian mechanic came in with the jumper to revive the battery and telling me that I'm lucky that it happened right there , like how obvious you have to be that they ripped me off for a new battery, I don't Believe on coincidences so please let my experience be a warning and go somewhere else before you try your chances with them.

I brought my car here a couple of weeks ago for a inspection sticker. The Nigerian guy failed my inspection and gave me a red R.
He circled that my headlights were not working correctly and neither were my high beams. He also stated that my left rear brake was no longer working and I needed to change the bulbs out. I told him that I just had my headlights and high beams changed a month ago and they should be working correctly. He suggested they weren't working and didn't even show me and then told me my left rear brake was not working that I should take it to Toyota and have it fixed.
I took my car to a mechanic and the mechanic couldn't understand why he circled headlights and high beams when he himself is the one who fixed them a month ago and said look they're working perfectly fine there's nothing wrong with your headlights or high beams. My left rear brake only one half the top part was not working the other half was working fine so if I step on the brakes people can still see that I'm stepping on my brakes and both sides light up. The top part has a faulty wire but the bottom is working so he couldn't understand why he failed me.
If I had taken my car to Toyota like the guy at this Mobil gas station suggested it would have cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars to fix something that wasn't broken.
I think these companies should at least show you and not just tell you when something is not working. I know if I bring my car back to them they're only going to fail me again for that one small portion of the brake light on the top that's out because of the faulty wiring and I have ordered the part and I'm waiting for it to come in. This whole inspectional sticker thing is such a scam.
Now that I'm reading the other comments I realized this is not something new that this location does and this person himself scams people all the time and I will be recording this company to the state

Dishonest.
Went in for an inspection today. Mechanic told me I needed new wiper blades. I had just purchased brand new wiper blades two weeks ago $40 each. He told me I would not pass without purchasing new wiper blades from them. Extorting an extra $40 for an inspection is no way to run a business. I won’t return. I went to another garage and they passed me immediately.

Trustworthy mechanic and inspection station. The gas pump attendant is very kind and randomly cleans my windshield.

The emissions inspector quite literally yelled at me today. Utterly unprofessional and unacceptable. Will never return and calling corporate on Monday.

The work they do on cars is solid but they charge a lot for parts, I would say anywhere between 50% to 75% ON TOP of what those parts otherwise cost. Maybe they try to make the shop profitable and keep it in business but I am not sure this is the way to do it ...
