“Watch City Pharmacy offers quite literally a night and day improvement over the chains and even other independents. They are always on time with refills (I recently called one in and… it was already being filled!), they have successfully lined up all my refills for a once monthly drop (one visit vs 5-10 at other pharmacies), and the customer service is superb. I’ve never received a “your refill is ready” only to find it is not (I’m looking at you CVS). Fast, friendly, on time. There’s no comparison to the other providers. Keep up the great work!”

“My 2 year son was inpatient at MGH, it was Christmas Eve. He needed a specific medication compounded, the hospital could not do this. The place we normally go also could not, because it was Christmas Eve. He was able to be discharged and home for Christmas because Seth at Gary Drug made it happen.”

Communication was quick. The nice lady that picks up the phone (don’t remember her name) she was helpful when I asked her about the different types of pumps. She said that she works with a lactation consultant outside of this job.”

“I worked with Chip! He was very nice, professional and answered all my questions. They delivered my scooter late the night before my arrival and didn't hold it against me when my plans changed for a later pickup.The only reason I gave it 4 stars we because the scooter battery life wasn't as long as I was told... leaving me stranded down town and pausing my vacation for 4 hours to charge long enough to at least get back to the hotel. Spent $30 to see a movie we had already seen so we could plug it in.”
“Delight Medicals is a company in which the owner Anthony and the staff are professional, courteous and go above and beyond to ensure great customer service. We had an unexpected equipment failure which required emergency repair over the weekend and despite it being the Sunday before the July 4th holiday, Anthony took the time to come and rectify the situation although the equipment was not a product he supplied.
