For the kids it’s great but I think they need to do a better job at taking care of their staff. Honestly staff are very unappreciated & are not taken care of even though they’re the ones who spend the day with the children. It’s been times it’s so cold outside teachers will still have to go outside or extremely hot & there’s no functioning AC.Furthermore, it’s never taken into account what teachers actually need for their classrooms. Every other center are able to get supplies & new learning tools to keep kids engaged when this center gets little to none or recycled items. The only person I saw advocate for staff was Amanda. & it sucks that even HR falls short with taking care of staff
Id suggest higher pay or more vacation time for those who take care of our kids.

They are awesome with children, I know, because my son's one of them. Thank you to the staff! I definitely recommend them...

My wife and I can't say enough positive things about Little Sprouts Watertown. Our 3 year old has been there for just over 6 months and absolutely loves the center. The ability to get outside and be active on their playgrounds is fantastic. The teachers have been so supportive and nurturing as our daughter develops. Just an amazing place!

My daughter goes here since 5/6 months old and will be transitioning to toddler here. The teachers are all wonderful. Most of the days, we get updates on what the kids are up to , nap hour time etc. Our daughter enjoys her time and is learning a lot.
The center is also trying to connect all the parents , building a sense of community through various activities (donation drive, movie nights etc) .

Our child has been enrolled at Little Sprouts Watertown for almost three years. Since our first day, the Management team and all of the Teachers have been excellent. Anytime there has been an issue, a question, or a need, they have always taken the time to listen, understand, and demonstrate their commitment to our child's growth and success. A great facility with a truly wonderful team of professionals!

We joined the Little Sprouts last November, which has been wonderful. All the staff really tried to meet our needs and support us so that my little one could be settled. I really appreciate the fact that they strive to be inclusive and appreciate different cultures and traditions as well. We are lucky that we found this place.

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with Little Sprouts day Care for our son.
I must confess from the moment we enrolled him, we were impressed by the care and attention the team right from the principle to all staff, give to each bit of the boys’s advancement, kudos, this made us feel comfortable leaving our child in their care.
Now, here is another thing, the facility itself is well-maintained and equipped with a variety of equipment and engaging activities that keep our son active and entertained throughout the day. The emphasis on learning, physical activity and skill development is something we truly appreciate, as it aligns with our values of promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for our child.
Ultimately, to all the staff of little sprouts day care center, you have a special place in our hearts, we appreciate you so much.
Thank you.
Colline and Melisar.

My younger daughter has been in the Toddler class for one year and she absolutely loves it. Every day when I pick her up, there is a big smile on her face. The teachers and managers are wonderful and super helpful. My daughter has learned quite a lot from the daycare. There are four toddler classes and my daughter can often play with kids in different classes. We are happy to let her stay there until school age.

Ms. Hope goes above and beyond to give the littles’ a voice of their own ! She teaches children how to independently act on or express their feelings and “urges”

Our son has been at Little Sprouts Watertown for about a year and a half now, and we've been quite happy with the teachers and staff. Our kiddo started in the infant room with Ms. Ashley and Ms. Padmini, and has since graduated to the toddler room with Ms. Ana and Ms. Melina. They've all been fantastic. As a first time parent, I've had a lot of questions on when we should be making various transitions and I've always felt that the staff was able to give guidance and be supportive. The director, Christine, is very good about checking in when we're running late and has answers to our questions.

We love Little Sprouts! Our daughter’s teachers in the infant classroom are so caring and wonderful. It feels so reassuring knowing that she is in good hands while we are working. We love that her teachers share in our enthusiasm about her growth and development and it has been so remarkable watching her learn! We especially love the picture updates we get throughout the day, it always looks like she is having so much fun! Thanks for taking such great care of her!

Staff at Little Sprouts Watertown has joyfully welcomed our 16mo old daughter and even though she's only been there for a few weeks and had a rough start, she has been asking if she can go to 'cool' after she wakes up in the morning. Ms Ana and her supporting staff have worked patiently with her to make her feel comfortable. I can sense that staff is sincere in caring for the children and have their best interest in mind. The director, Christine, is very communicative and very helpful to try to make the registration process go smoothly.I highly recommend Little Sprouts in Watertown.

Our son has been with Little Sprouts Watertown since he was 4 months old and we can't say enough good things about everyone from the teachers to the leadership. Trusting others to look after your child can be hard enough, but add in a pandemic and it can be downright terrifying. But, I have always trusted the teachers and staff at LS Watertown to keep our son safe and felt confident that he is receiving the utmost care, support, and education. From Ms. Christine and Ms. Amanda to Ms. Ashley and Ms. Padmini in the Infant room to Ms. Jessica, Ms. Kim, and Ms. Ana in the Toddler room I am incredibly thankful to everyone at LS Watertown for everything they do to care for our son and to make our lives possible.

We love this Little Sprouts. Christine is an amazing director: maintaining a spectacularly clean, bright, and colorful environment in the classrooms and throughout the building; playing some of our favorite music through the halls, which provides such an inviting backdrop to the whole space; and communicating with us in person and through email at every turn and in such depth. We’re also in love with the teachers. From our early days with Anna, we knew we were in great hands. We connected to and related so easily to Anna, whose own child is at the school, because she exudes knowledge and professionalism in every aspect of her work. She’s also just warm and kind to talk to. We have now worked longest with Kim, whose energy, know-how, and warmth are humbling. She’s the kind of person who makes you want to become a better human all around. And, finally, and most recently, our experiences with Riley have been limited because she just arrived a few months ago, but our child’s praise of her has spoken volumes. Just the other day, on a car ride home after a long day that included an after school parent/teacher meet up, our child asked to be able to go back to school to continue ‘playing’ with Riley. I can see why. Riley’s debriefs when I pick up our child our pointed, specific, and caring. They show just how much she engages with our child, as do the wonderful online updates through the day on Kaymbu. And everyday Jessica, who has the earliest shift, greets us so warmly and personally, genuinely interested in how the weekend went or just how the morning was. And my almost daily conversations with Sheila show just how much she knows and cares for every child there. I also have countless, brief chats with other teachers whose names I don’t know, and I get a similar sense from everyone there. They all seem to love their work and the kids, and they know all the kids there. In short, we’re so grateful for all of their work and for having had the great fortune of finding them!
