Sweet ladies who run this place! I needed a fairly complicated alternation on a jumpsuit and not only were they were able to get it to fit perfectly, but in time for the event. Prices are reasonable!

Absolutely brilliant service by John’s alternations. Not only were they able to alter a difficult suit, they also did it under a tight deadline (at exceptional quality). Although I don’t recommend anyone to repeat what I did, I just want to praise them for going beyond my expectations.

The people at John's are incredibly nice and helpful. I took a coat in that needed altering and they fixed it in a few minutes and didn't even charge me. They have altered dresses in the past and always do an excellent job.

I highly recommend this place. From the beginning everyone was kind and hepful. I had problem with my pants and I thought I would have to leave them for some time. It turned out that it could be fixed almost at the spot and I came back home with my pants the same day. Great atmosphere, extremely kind and professional staff. I took a bridesmaid dress to shorten the length and Ugur did an amazing job. She was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable about what length looked the best. My dress had a lot of material to work with, and she was very upfront about the cost. The turnaround time was quick, she had the dress done early and it fit perfectly. Highly recommend!

Beyond upset at how my boyfriends pants came out. We went in, asking for his 100% linen pants to be hemmed 3 inches. When we picked the pants up a few days later, a full polyester liner had been sewn into the pants.... Never did we request this, nor were we consulted if this is something we wanted done. I brought the pants back and requested the liner be removed and was told that they were not able to due to how the polyester liner was sewn in. Now a perfect pair of linen pants ruined and we had to buy a complete new pair of pants. Oh and not to mention that we were also charged for the unwanted polyester liner. 3 stars because although very disappointed in this situation, the work done was done well.

This place is the best in the business! I dropped off my suit for alterations in the afternoon and it was ready within hours. I had a wedding that weekend that I had to fly to and they did a phenomenal job. Thank you for everything!

I had a dress emergency in december of 2019 and rushed into Johns tailoring requesting my dress be tailored within 3 days of the event. Ugur and her colleagues were the sweetest and calmed me down within minutes. They tailored the dress perfectly to what I wanted and it was ready with plenty of time to spare with only a three day window. The price I paid was cheaper than I would've found anywhere else when I looked locally. Anytime anyone brings up tailoring I ALWAYS recommend Ugur. I still have her card in my wallet 4 years later. Thank you Ugur and team!!!! Highly recommend!

She worked a miracle! I am so thrilled beyond belief that I am going to look great for my best friend’s wedding as her maid of honor. I had her take my dress out in the bust and waste, and it fits like a glove. I was so happy I cried! She’s the best and highly recommend her!

I got a silk bridesmaid dress altered here (shortened, taken in) and they did such a great job. The dress was loose in the chest area and because of the fabric it couldn’t be taken in, so they added cups to the dress which made it fit perfectly! This place is a little on the pricier side but you absolutely get what you pay for. They’re creative problem solvers and even had my dress done a few days early!
