Ran two washes side by side and one machine was perfect. the other put out 1/3 of the water and the rinse cycle pushed the rest of the detergent and bleach down. the two loads were balanced the same. I had alerted the attendant to witness this while it's happening. in the end they refuse to rewash my load and I had to pay to repeat the load and all the detergent I bought. Will not come back here.

I've been to this location several times, and mostly it's fine, occasionally the dryers leave your clothes smelling weird if you don't use a dryer sheet. But today was just awful. I saw a mouse (or possibly two individual mice!) two times (which is gross considering theres a restauranttwo doors down), scurrying between machines. I split my laundry into 3 dryers and spent over $5 trying to dry a small to moderate amount of clothes and a few towels. Everything came out wet and smelling weird, which leads me to believe the lint traps aren't being emptied. The floor is becoming increasingly broken up and gross. And the attendant just sat behind the counter having a conversation on speaker phone the whole time.This place is fine if you're in a pinch, but I definitely do NOT recommend for regular use. There are cleaner, better options.

This place is getting progressively worse and worse. As of today, 7 out of the 20 dryers here are not working. Since there's no attendant, there's no way to get your money back for a malfunctioning machine. The dryers that do work (if they're on the top) have flames visible and sometimes coming into the drum. If you come on the weekends, it's 50/50 whether or not there will be change in the machines. They keep the radio blaring obnoxious music, which doesn't stop weirdos from hanging out in there late at night. They make money either way with people putting money into broken machines, so not surprising there's no incentive to fix things.

Very conventional location. Always kept clean when I go. Like many places, machines can be broken but they seem to fix them quite fast too

Bring your own quarters!!!! Two machines but both are often not operational (and the establishment has not upgraded to credit card operating machines). Plenty of washers and dryers. Also plenty of (metered) parking and convenient to CVS with Dunkin Donuts not too far away.

Over the past 2 years, I have had multiple instances of a coin machine shorting me money or a dryer stopping mid-cycle and not restarting. This laundromat has a phone number to call, but is an automated voicemail that says to text. They also have notecards on the office door to leave messages. I’ve sent at least 10 texts and left 5-6 notecards but nobody has ever returned my calls/texts and I’ve lost over $40. They’re crooks with horrible customer service. Do not go here.

Disappointed, open space with total disorder, dirty and no coins. I traveled to another one very close and this one was perfect clean and with coins, I stay with this loundry, never again the dirty one and without coins. 7: am

I used to love this place, but now it's a disaster. Dryers are weak and this morning they were locked up tight at 6:45am when I arrived. Ugh.
