These folks do not understand customer service, pushed back on my desire to return a bogus white burgundy, and then tried to pin the error on me, AFTER I had a conversation prior to shipping. I do not know if this was a bait and switch or sheer indifference. We have a Michelin Star restaurant and they tried to make me feel like wine tourist.
Done with Gordon's and shipped the wine back at my expense. Beware when dealing with this group.
Also forgot to mention that they told me shipping was at their cost...they actually use shipping costs as a profit center. They charged $ 41.87 , "their cost"to ship to me via Fedex ground. To ship back to them via Fedex ground, Fedex charged $ 12.03.
Giant Red Flag and very poor business ethics. I asked them to refund the difference and let's see their response.

I buy wines from Gordon's and was a wine storage customer. The service from Gordon's is top-notch across the board. Regarding wine storage, they took delivery of my wines from the transport company when we moved to MA from FL and got everything placed into the storage unit. Amazing service.

Very clean store with a lot of walking space and excellent selection. Tons of variety overall. Some limited bottles in the vault and in the wine vault.Staff are friendly. Prices are good. Clean and convenient.A+
