Avoid this place at all costs. I took my car there on a Saturday morning for a simple oil change. They told me if I drop the car off, it'll take 1-2 hours at most. Just to be safe, I come back 2.5 hours later, and the car is still not done. I'm hovering around the desk, and no one even speaks to me, so I sit down. 40 minutes later, a worker finally asks me which car I'm waiting on. Oh, it's almost done--except it takes another 30 minutes. Over $100 (even with a coupon) for an oil change and tire rotation that took almost 2 hours longer than promised. And that's not the end. Later that day, guess what? I get a low oil warning. It took another week and a half before I had time to go back, and I had to convince them to top off the oil they should have put in in the first place. These guys don't care about you or your car, only your credit card. Hard pass.

Had an appointment for an Oil Change but when I arrived I was told some sort of filter was not in stock and they were waiting for a delivery. What should have taken me way less than an hour ended up being almost 2 hours. On the other hand every employee I interacted with was SUPER polite, professional and friendly!! I just wish - especially since I had an appointment - they would have had everything needed to the oil change. Lastly, the woman's rest room could have been a tad cleaner!!!

Pluses: Store correctly told me they had tires I needed in stock, got my car in promptly, completed work without drama, and charged a reasonable amount. Minuses: told me before starting work (changing 2 tires) would take about 1 hour but then took 2 hours, no electrical outlet available for customers tocharge phones in waiting area, and ludicrously filthy men's room with urine on floor, no hand soap, broken paper towel dispenser, and sink and walls looking like they hadn't been cleaned in years.

Undoubtedly Horrible experience. Made a reservation for an oil change. Confirmed it with them over email AND over the phone. Showed up on time for my appointment and went down the street to get a bite. Two hours later they still had not touched my car. I had to ask for my keys back. Waste of valuable time

The person at the checkout was able to help with my tire installation but they also used the tool that shipped with my tires to Relearn my TPMS system to the new tires.Very happy with coming here to get my tires installed.

I called and spoke to Remy. It was his positive and professional attitude which will make me to back to Watertown Firestone. He was very flexible and honest. I was serviced very well.

I brought my car in to have them look at the battery because I thought I needed to replace it and they said everything looked good. A week later my car won't start and I have AAA come and they said that I have my battery is so dead they don't know why firestone overlooked it. Just careless mistakes.

I went there my last time. I was believing they are good, famous chain with reputation ect. but too many things made me concerned- the last one- I made a repair of my brakes with them last Jan, and I almost didn't use the car since then- 2-3 K miles after repair- they sent me the report, that it need the replacement of the same front breaks again. On top of that the last oil change last around 2000 miles. What did they really pot there I have no clue.I'm done with this place. Regret it and disappointed. To me it is fraud.

went in for a patched tire around 1pm. called back at 4:30 said it wasn't even done yet. called back again at 5:30 they didn't answer the phone so I drive over there and it was closed : the website said they closed at 6. whatever , now I call again and the guy (very different from last time cause this one actually seemed to care ) said it was in the queue and he will give me a call once everything was done. However; what I'm not understanding is how a simple patch on a tire takes almost 2 days. I didnt want to raise any concern cause I understand they are busy but I'm disappointed in the service because they do not call to let you know it's taking longer than expected.

‼Don't go here‼ The techs are careless and scammers, one of them drove over my personal property and the only reason they admitted to it was because I happened to be walking back and saw it happen. The manager Remy backed me into a corner and wouldn't give my keys back until I signed a contract he typed up in front of me that said I wouldn't press charges in exchange for the $31 tire change. He tried to tell me it was actually $45 and when I corrected him, he got defensive until he realized I was correct. When I asked Remy for a voucher, he straight up said no. I felted forced to sign it, the dude definitely sweet talked me and looking back I feel very manipulated. The damage to my personal property is over $100. Again, ‼‼‼DONT GO HERE‼‼‼. Careless techs and creepy manager. There's an auto shop literally next door, go there instead the reviews are way better but it was closed so I had to go here as a last resort. My mistake!

Unfriendly registration, inconsistent diagnosis between mechanics, expensive costs, too long wait time (A clerk there scanning photo uploads on his personal phone while registration -unbelievable experience ever)

Updating to say if you have wheels you care about, do NOT go here. Just installed the replaced tire back on my car and noticed deep gouges in the metal where I assume the machine holds on to the wheel. Zero care taken.Used to be my go to place but I will be changing that. For the second or third time, I was charged for both a TPMS repair kit and labor for a brand new TPMS sensor replacement on a single tire. The first times they were able to fix it but I was told this time that because the guy that wrote up the work order wasn’t there when I picked it up, they couldn’t do anything about it. Seems pretty obvious that a new sensor and repair kit for an old sensor are mutually exclusive. It wasn’t worth my time to leave the tire for another 2 days until the employee got back. Also not worth my time anymore to keep pointing out the work orders are wrong. Maybe if you go here for major services it’s better but since I do all my own maintenance I only go here for specialized service like tires and alignments. If you go here, just review your receipt before you agree to the work.

I went in for an alignment that was supposed to be around $190 after a coupon. I expected to wait 2-3 hours and made an appointment the day before. I showed up early and left my car there. Their policy is that no work is done that isn't asked about beforehand, which is great when it's not skeezy. I told them I was pretty sure the alignment was off and they asked if they should check over all of it "to be safe"- did I know it was a $22 charge? Nope. Then I wait. For 7 hours in the Sun because there was no time estimate. I got a call saying the bolts froze and it was in my best interest to change them. Sure thing- $60 charge again. Did I know? No. And then they said the caliper was screwy so they were going to reposition it for free. No charge. My total was $291 after waiting for 7-8 hours. And then I brought my car to my mechanic bc this mechanic said the caliper was wonky. And lo and behold, the bolt that was untouched on the caliper when the brakes were done was suddenly stripped after Firestone. And no charge for that, only a suggestion to get my hearing replaced and to "tell my mechanic" his caliper wasn't completely installed. I called a few weeks later requesting a recipt to see if any damage to the caliper was reported- nope! And when I asked if you could talk to the manager, the kid on the line was rude. He shut down every concern I had and would not take the time to listen to my questions. After this, I have had to have multiple corrections to my caliper, bearing, and abs sensor because of a lifetime alignment that turned into a myriad of problems.

I had an appointment at 9am for new tires, alignment and oil change. I was told at drop-off the work would take 2-3 hours; however, it took almost the whole day - there seemed to be little urgency/priority given to my job, despite having made an appointment. Not only did no-one call to tell me it would take longer, but there was never any call to let me know the car was ready. In the end, I just showed up at 5pm and it was all done. The product/work/price were all good (hence the 3 stars), but the customer service was poor and not respectful of my time. If I had known it would take that long, I would have planned my day differently. Overall, a mediocre experience that didn't give me a reason to go back, rather than trying somewhere else next time.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to two outstanding technicians at this location, Anthony and Edgar. They deserve special recognition for going above and beyond in diagnosing and fixing the issue with my beloved Mustang. Their expertise and dedication were evident throughout the process, and they took the time to patiently explain the problem and the steps necessary to resolve it.They truly exemplify the spirit of customer service and professionalism, and they are a credit to the Firestone team.
