New Suit fits great, and they were able to accommodate me on a tight timeline. My one gripe is that despite measuring me for the suit, they gave me an ill-fitting shirt.I would definitely shop here again, but I might be a bit more careful about ensuring the off-the-shelf items fit before leaving for an event.

I had such a great experience shopping for my wedding suit. Both John and Anna are very welcoming, personable, and have great taste. The selection is very broad and the tailoring is on point. The process took roughly a month for initial selection, a first fitting, and a second fitting. All around great service, quality, selection, and general vibes. Highly recommend this local business and well worth the hour plus drive for me on multiple occasions!

I can't say more about John and Eastern Clothing. He is the ultimate professional, well versed in his craft and a great human! I have been going to John and his Dad for over 30 years and have had only positive experiences. They bend over backwards for the customer, offer beautiful clothing and tailoring. I was scheduled to pick up some clothing next week, but my schedule changed and John adjusted his busy schedule to accommodate me. There is not a better "fine and casual" clothing option in Massachusetts.

If I could leave ten stars I would. I went to a local tailor to have a custom suit made to wear to my youngest sons wedding. The process started 3 months ago and with less than two weeks before the wedding date, the tailor called to inform me that my suit was in but we had “a problem”. I wear a 46 long and the suit was cut as a 36 regular.With a bit of panic in our hearts I recalled a recent ad I had seen for Eastern Clothing. I reached out and received a prompt reply from the owner, John. He asked if I could come in right away, “ I want to help you”.We arrived to a busy shop and were greeted by John. Within an hour I had a suit coat that fit and a promise that he would get the suit pants in time and altered for me. I am not an easy fit. 46 long jacket with a 36 waist. When we arrived to pick up the suit it fit like a glove. I also picked up a shirt, tie, couple of pair of jeans and some beautiful casual shoes. My wife is crazy about my “new look” letting me know that my clothing has never fit so well.We are off to Santa Fe for the wedding and I can’t thank John and the staff at Eastern Clothing enough. I will be shopping at Eastern Clothing from now on. The selection is excellent, the clothing quality is superb and their customer service is exceptional. Save yourself a lot of time and risk, if your clothing matters to you, go to Eastern Clothing Co, you will not be dissapointed.

hands down the best experience I've ever had shopping for clothes. The entire staff treated us with respect and worked to make my son's first suit an amazing fit and a super experience. Also, the memorabilia on the walls is museum quality. if you're a Boston sports fan, it's a nostalgic trip through the good and bad of our sports fandom. Great business. Great prices. Great quality.

Phenomenal experience. I needed a tie for my sister’s wedding, and already had a shirt and pants that I thought would be hard to match. Anna found something that worked well in minutes, and I was out the door 15 minutes later after getting approval from family on the tie.I don’t buy dress clothing often but I will absolutely be back.

My son and I went to Eastern Clothing Co for a suit for his wedding. After visiting a few shops in the Worcester area and being completly dissapointed. "Maybe we just went to the wrong shops, and it was prom season however we clearly weren't looking for prom LOL" So off to Watertown, and when I tell you we were in the store for less than 5 minutes and he was on his way to the dressing room with the suit he wanted. The service was fabulous. The customer service was excellent! Anna Maria is top notch! She looked at him, and sized him correctly, I am a seamstress, and I was in awe of this woman. her personalty was warm and friendly a pleasure to do business with. Everyone in the business was friendly. I felt like I had been shopping there for year, and this was our first time in this business, However it will not be the last. I would like to add 5 more stars. The quality, and selection at Eastern Clothing Co was great.
