Best moving experience I have ever had. Everyone was extremely professional. 8:30 they were scheduled to be there and they were actually a few minutes early, which I have never seen. By 10:30 they were already on their way. They were patient with us and put everything in our new space exactly how we wanted. I was very impressed. I have, unfortunately, become accustomed to waiting for hours for movers to show up, taking even longer to pack everything up and taking up a huge chunk of my day away, God forbid anything got damaged. Not anymore, I will be highly recommending Eagle Lines to anyone looking for a hassle free move. They made moving day way too easy, truly.

We worked with Tai to coordinate our move and he was very responsive. They were flexible with a relatively last-minute date change (during the holidays, no less). The arrival window given was between 8 and 9am; they arrived exactly at 8am. Everything was packed and moved in an incredibly efficient and orderly process. We had some hiccups along the way (an unknown person parked their car in our reserved parking space meant for the moving truck). However, the Eagle Lines team somehow made it work and delivered to our apartment with a good attitude. We wouldn't hesitate to hire or recommend Eagle Lines to others in the future.

Moved from MA to WA in August, I was told my stuff would arrive within 2 weeks of the pickup date and it arrived exactly 2 weeks from the pickup date. Rachel was very helpful - she always responded to my phone calls and updated me regarding the delivery date window a couple of times. The drivers themselves arrived precisely on time during pick up and drop off and were very professional! Price was reasonable, considering other quotes I got. My stuff arrived with no damage. I did have to pay for the shuttle at delivery, which was an extra $620, which sucked because I can’t imagine an 18 wheeler being able to fit in any residential area so this service should be included in the quote. Regardless, I got my stuff on time and nothing was missing or damaged so I’m happy! Would use this company again.

They lost valuable components (electric cables for recliner, support bar, etc.) of our sofa. When reached out they gave all the reasons even saying it was our fault to check if the lost pieces are itemized separately or not. They charge for insurance and did not even bother to reimburse for lost values. Not to mention they were bad mouthing the culture we came from. Had very bad experience and would not suggest them .

Echoing others, Eagle representatives make verbal guarantees that the company not only can't deliver on, but does not even intend to deliver on. When you point out to customer service that your things were guaranteed to be delivered on a particular date, verbally by multiple representatives, the smug rep on the other end of the line will assure you that it's in the contract that there was never a guarantee. But contracts always specify that there are no guarantees. That's because there is always a possibility of unforeseen events that a company could not have foreseen. For Eagle movers, however, "no guarantees" seem to be a regular business practice. But they don't tell you that. Only that they can totally make the date--dude.Read more at: mymovingreviews.com/move…

Tai and his team at Eagle Lines Movers are true professionals. From the moment they showed up, I knew I was in good hands and they removed all the stress from the process. I couldn't imagine a better experience than I had with them. Thank you Eagle Lines!

My experience with Eagle Lines is not great. Pieces of $3000 worth sofa were lost in the transition and Eagle Lines basically said they cannot do anything about this and it is not their fault. The missing pieces including the the electric plug basically makes the sofa worthless. Very disappointed with their customer service. I would not use their services again.

I frequently refer my clients to Eagle Lines for a white glove moving experience and have only received positive feedback about their services and team. As I am getting ready to move personally I submitted a moving inquiry on their website late Friday evening and received a call back the next day before noon. I really appreciated their responsiveness and the care taken to understand my moving needs.

Company is a real gem. We used them 3 times in the last 5 years including 2 moves to CA and TX. They do all the shipping themselves, great professional crews and the office gives support along the way with accurate quotes and planning ahead.Eagle Lines Moving is the company is a great company.

I have often heard that moving is not easy, but when I experienced it alone, I realized everyone was right. Eagle Lines Moving & Storage company literally took advantage of my innocence. I told them I had no clue how this move would go. Maybe it was naïve of me to say that. They asked for extra money every time their team did something. I paid way too much money for this move. Three of my imported lamps got damaged, which were worth millions. I will never trust this horrible company again. They are just losers!!!

Eagle Lines is the best moving company I have ever dealt with. I'm a bit remiss in my review posting, as they moved us once in December of 2020 and then again in February of 2023. Both times they sent a 3-man crew that was quick, efficient and friendly. They fixed boxes that started to come apart without any hassle or complaint. They just went with it and continued with a smile. Not only that, but not one thing was damaged or broken. Both times they finished well before I anticipated with a cost that was excellent. I cannot recommend Eagle Lines higher that I did or I would! Our next move will definitely be with Eagle Lines! Thanks!!!

These movers refuse to take accountability for their actions. The delivery team damaged my property, which was freshly painted and renovated. The movers had trouble manipulating a few pieces of furniture in the upstairs hallway, and I heard several banging noises during the move and documented damages promptly with photos.When I reported these damages and photos to the company, asking for a small credit for repairs, the owner accused me of lying. After I posted this experience here, the owner threatened me with a lawsuit if I didn't remove my review within a day. Another customer noted that the owner has also threatened lawsuits to retaliate against her (see photo), and that it violates Yelp guidelines. This is the worst moving experience I've ever had. I would avoid a company that accuses customers of lying and threatens to silence us with lawsuits (see photos). There are other avenues for consumer protection that I will be pursuing. ps. it appears that that others have noted that this is not a moving company, but a broker. After a horrible experience with another company, I hired Eagle to move my furniture from a storage unit to a new apartment. They were prompt, professional and efficient. The price was was reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
