Came in 20 minutes before their lunch break. Pharmacy guy turned us down saying they “have a technical issue with scheduling system” after a LOUD whisper with someone in the back “just say we have a technical issue”.

CVS is a terrible company in general but this has to be one of their worst locations. The pharmacy staff are impatient and condescending. The only reason I go there is proximity.

I wish I could give this place “No Stars”. The people here work at an absolutely glacial pace. The pharmacy is terrible, they receive your script and it often takes more than 24 hours to get your medication there. The pharmacists have no sense of urgency and are all full of attitude.

The staff are really rude. I'm really disappointed. The staff got mad because we were spraying perfume testers saying that we weren't going to buy them, and being straight up rude and threatening to kick us out if we kept spraying the testers, even though we didn't spray it a lot. The customer service is also really poor. I'm really disappointed and probably not going to visit again.

Pharmacy at this CVS doesn't even qualify for 1 star. It's horrible, slow and incompetent. Jennifer who claims to be a pharmacy manager was incredibly rude and impatient and would not even let me finish my sentence when I was attempting to explain how they screwed up my prescription. I will be calling corporate HQ next week to make a formal complaint.

I go here to pick up medications because it’s a block away from my house and that’s it. Over the years this location has gotten worse and worse. The people that work there literally just stare at you and try to “secretly” follow you around the store. They don’t help you at all because the minute you have a question they seem to disappear. On the majority of the times that I have bought something and tried to pay for it, even tho there is someone standing on the other side of the counter starting at the long line that is accumulating from the customers, they will continue to stand on the other side of the counter and make ppl wait in this long line of customers to use the self use checkout vs doing their actual job and helping to check people out. They have been many times where they just walk away entirely from the line as it continues to grow. It’s weird and I don’t know what this locations problem is, but finding people that actually want to work their job would be a good start

The employees are going to be helpful and know your everything is that you need to buy and I've always had no problems getting assistance from the employees even though I had one bad experience with one important I did this place five stars all day

Total dysfunction in running the pharmacy. There are several staff members but they spend 10 minutes at the register with one person; the woman was picking up one prescription to ring up about 15 store purchase items. She tried to use a coupon that did not go with her extra Care card so then they refunded the whole order for her and did the whole thing again over.Meanwhile they were not taking anyone else at the pharmacy. Such a large quantity of items should have been wrong up at the regular cash register. There's a backlog of filling prescriptions for people waiting as someone who should have been feeling prescriptions was taken care of store purchases and extracare card issues. Then an elderly woman came to get a covid booster shot and they turned her away because they were too busy. I could have taken care of her if they use the pharmacy resources for pharmacy transactions and sent large retail transactions to the front.Unrelated but the carpet has lots of gross stains and spills everywhere.Could not get through on the phone and kept getting sent through automated messages.I'll be taking my business to a local small pharmacy from now on. The corporate behemoth doesn't care.

Was planning on coming in for a quick purchase before closing, but they were shut down by 10:45. Why say closing is 11 is you're going to close 15min early? :(

if i could do zero stars for a few of the pharmacists i would, not all of them are like this but…we moved here in sept, my fiancé has a controlled substance script and they have done everything possible to mess with him to the point where they have straight up refused to fill it cause they were closing in 20 mins, they’ve tried to tell him he’s picking up to early when he’s not, they won’t run his insurance through or reach out to them so we just pay cash for it, it came down to me going in there and absolutely flipping my lid on the pharmacist, she was so stubborn and refused to admit she was wrong, finally i yelled if u made a mistake just say u made a mistake why does it have to be like this, and she finally admitted she did look at the wrong date and filled the script while also grabbing my bag of psych meds for me lol ? side note, stick up for yourself!

Nice people working for inferior company. The register at pharmacy (only one works) is archaic and very slow. The people at front cannot ring up pharmacy stuff?Come on folks, get your employees equipment they can work with. The shelves are messy and the store itself is dirty (dusty) and always looks terrible at best.Regional manager should be fired, and store manager should be retrained.Time to get it together!!

The CVS itself is great, the workers are awesome. But the pharmacists are quite something. I came in on Saturday early afternoon and there was only one person before me waiting for a pickup. There were 2 pharmacists, one was taking care of the person’s refill in front of me order, the other was staring at the ceiling, not doing anything, asking me to wait a few times. The wait to submit the prescription without any line took 20 minutes and long after the person in front was dispatched by the occupied pharmacist, the leisurely pharmacist got off the chair and took my prescription. I understand this is a boring job but it can’t be that unexciting. I’m faxing the prescription from now on. Now I have to wait another 20 mins for prescription to be ready, being the only person in the entire CVS. An hour out of my Saturday morning.

Manager departed last week. No Manager hired. No full time pharmacists. GUY WHO TOOK MY CALL TO TRANSFER ALL MY SCRIPTS FROM AN INCREDIBLY DYSFUNCTIONAL WALGREENS WHERE THEY ALSO HAD NOBODY THERE, ADMITTED " I'M JUST A FLOATER. I DON'T KNOW WHO'S GOING TO WORK HERE." I waited 15 monutes until he answered the call, began giving him all my script information to transfer to their location after speaking with a "tech" last week who told me nothing about their ghost-town" of a pharmacy, and then he placed me on HOLD agin for nearly 45 minutes! The ONLY way I got back through to that FLOATER was to call the "Store Manager"---- BTW, There wasn't one!---- a Supervisor, who said he would get him, on HOLD AGAIN for another 20 minutes. CALLED BACK. Demanded that Supervisor get "Grant". Grant get s ont eh ohone like he did nothing out of the ordinary while i , infuriated, stated " i've been on HOLD NOW FOR OVER AN HOUR ! WHAT were you thinking! I'm trasnferring ALL my scrupts here?" And he said, without any apology " I had 5 people in line and I'm the ONLY ONE HERE.".Then, he , in a coy and smarmy way said " I told you I was a floater" HE HAD NOT!. i asked him " Why didn't you tell me what a mess this pharamacy is from the outset? I asked if you were the pharmacist, and you said "'Yes'". " Well, I AM a pharmacist; I'm just not regular staff here. They'll probably hire a temporary pharmacy manager at some point." Me:"How long have you been there? How many days?" Floater" I don't know." Me: "You don't know how many days you've been 'Floating' there? How were you going to get all my scripts transferred & the one med for my disability ordered in time?" Floater: "Well, I was gonna try to do it today, and if I couldn't then I wouldn't". Me : "Today is July 5th, a holiday. Why didn't you tell me there's no pharmacy manager at all and no regular fulltime staff there!" Floater " YOU DIDN'T ASK!" Me: " How would i know to ask! I'm not PSYCHIC." Floater:" I told you: You didn't ASK. Have a NICE DAY!" THEN HE PLACED ME ON THAT CRAZY MAKING HOLD MUSIC AGAIN. Now, if you want a Floater like that in charge f your essential scripts and a pharmacy with no Manager and NO FULLTIME STAFF; and you;re PSYCHIC enough to ASK " DOES ANYONE QUALIFIED ACTUALLY WORK THERTE FULLTIME?" then you're a better man than I , GUNGA DIN. GOOD LUCK! Total time Wasted: 90 minutes.

Pharmacist treated me like a mass ave dope fiend when I tried to get my prescription of Percocet after a massive major surgery from hip to hip. Did not want to help and hung up on me when I told her “my doctors name is on the prescription bottle” she told me “I am trying to get basic information and do notNeed your attitude” and hung up. What kind of a person that is dealing with people in pain reacts like this ??? This pharmacist is volatile and should be ashamed.
