I walk into the bank the lady in office looks at me I sat down waiting for one of the employees to come out of the Office.. Two ladies continue to have the conversation waiting for a few I decided to get up and walk out well she looks at me walking out.. want to move my bank money somewhere else.

Don't make an account at this bank or put any money in, they keep calling towing to take residents' cars that park overnight

This branch is EXTREMELY unhelpful. I have called 3 days in a row looking for q call back regarding the unjust and illegal towing of my vehicle. The contracted company here is shady at best. I am out over $200 to get possession of my vehicle that was towed from a municipal lot.Unacceptable.Citizens Bank is better than this, but this branch is an exception to my normal experience with them. Shameful and disrespectful.

Awful experience with the ATM very aggressive and abrasive demeanor and approach by the branch manager. She must take more time to attempt in Retaining existing customer of17 YEARS vs this careless service. Watertown Street Branch has become UNresponsive and they do NOT pick up the telephones. It took nearly 2 weeks to recover money from ATM which captured the funds. Manager focus and priority was to Criticize certain facts that were relevant about the case vs making this a less stressful transition. Simply Avoid this Interrogation and invest Your Money elsewhere such as Leader bank where they take more pride in assisting you with a smile.
