Unhelpful staff. They just don't seem to care. I am changing banks the first of the year-they have fallen a long way from what they use to be as a bank. Don't bother.

Worst branch... from the manager right down to the employees. Every single time I have to come here to do banking for my business it's some issue. Never ever have a problem at any citizens other than this one. They should just shut it down already.

So we've been doing business with citizens bank for over 5+ years. I've been going to this particular branch for 3+ years. I've never had a issue with the staff when Champa was the manager. My most recent experience unfortunately was not one that I was use to. One this particular visit, the branch manager decided she was going to let me know that she was doing me a favor by taking my deposit that was not the excite amount. I was totally shocked and thrown off by her comment. I reminded her that this was a bank, and indeed bank give change. She then proceeded to tell me that she would no longer accept our deposit if it not the excite amount. I asked to see the policy in writing, she couldn't provide it. I then explained to her that this was the closes bank to use in walking distance which is a 30 minute walk just to get there. She was not nice. I called citizens corporate to give my feed back, now I'm letting my community know as well. If you choose to bank with them, make sure you have the correct amount of patients. I literally driver further just not to deal with them. Sorry not Sorry

Stopped by to discuss some matters about my account . I was told that the issue I had had to be handled by their financial advisor . I was very clear to say that I had no interest in talking with one and needed to know if the bank can meet or beat a competing interest rate by another bank In the area . I was told that I had to go back and meet with there manager . So I made an appointment and went back , waited 25 minutes and when finally the person showed up ended up being the financial advisor that I had no desire to see . No bank manager in sight . Terrible customer service .

Champa the assistant manager is quite professional, amongst her colleagues are equally pleasant. I have been an existing customer of 18 years. The assistant Manager truly has proven to take pride in her dedication toward finding solutions with promising results. Despite all the banking competition that exists I continue to do business with Citizens bank. She has educated me on tools and existing options to enhance my financial needs. It's awesome to walk into the branch and have a very receptive manager address my needs on the spot with a smile. They pick up the phone quickly and there is barely a wait as they provide efficient and high quality service. Please visit the branch as they have always welcomed me with open arms.

Citizens bank is a terrible place for your banking needs. The lack of assistance and the poor customer service provided is the worst part of the experience. If you are not treated with respect and courtesy then it is not the best place to take your business. There are many other local banks that truly appreciate your business but not citizens bank.
