Unhelpful staff. They just don't seem to care. I am changing banks the first of the year-they have fallen a long way from what they use to be as a bank. Don't bother.

Worst branch... from the manager right down to the employees. Every single time I have to come here to do banking for my business it's some issue. Never ever have a problem at any citizens other than this one. They should just shut it down already.

We have always had a very pleasant, helpful experience at this branch. The whole staff is very easy to work with.
