I went at 4:40pm to open an account. They said it would close in 10 minutes. This was very rude even though there was nobody waiting in there.

The banker had no answers to most of my questions when I came to open my first account at chase as a 19 years old, his answer was the same "I don't know" and he never offered any other way of helping, like coming on saying I can look this up for you, I can speak to my supervisor and get back to you on it. I felt disappointed, I had high expectations from this branch.Edit: Came back a week later and met with a different banker and she was amazing! Went above and beyond! Best experience I had. I really hope that guy gets fired from my first meeting he made so many mistakes on my behalf and because of him I didn't get my first credit card approved.

I always get great services from this branch. People are courteous and professional; the place is very nice and clean. I would recommend it to anyone.

I had such a great experience opening an account at this branch of Chase bank. When I got there I was assisted by a super friendly Waleed Hassan, who even brought a coloring book for my little one. I was helped by Kennedy to open the account and he was fast and efficient. He also explained everything really well.

I walked in at 4pm and asked to open a checking account for me. This very rude Asian manager told me to schedule an appointment for next day. There branches are already so few in number and they deny basic services such as opening an account. I would bank somewhere else

Constantly rotating staff. All working at this branch that opened my business account are twice gone. I deposited a personal check from a different bank less than a mile away and chase placed a 7 day hold on it - I could have walked the cash there same day.

Horrible Customer Service. Had a major issue today and was transferred to so many different departments and never found a resolution. Beware of Zelle stipulations. I was also told that I would receive a call back because of an issue. This was over 6 hours ago.

Horrible place! I’ve spent 30 mins waiting for a banker to help me and two people were standing but doing nothing! Manager was supposed to come out and he never did. So Thank you for this amazing experience
