Great, quick service. Boston VW has squeezed me in twice now for same day flat tire service in the last year or so and saved me. No questions asked and they charged a reasonable amount. Parts department also answers the phone quickly and was able to tell me details about their in stock tires both times.

I recently visited this dealership with the intention of purchasing a car, but my experience with their used car manager/financing manager was extremely disappointing and left me feeling disrespected. The individual I interacted with demonstrated ill manners and a complete lack of respect for customers.Not only was this manager’s behavior disrespectful, but I also found his approach to financing to be deceptive. Despite having my own pre-approval for financing, I was informed that I would only be given the opportunity to use it if I accepted their approved financing bank. Furthermore, I was not given the chance to express my concerns or preferences, as the manager did not let me speak and dismissed my pre-approval outright.This type of treatment is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of the dealership. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with the financing department at boston Volkswagen , as my experience left much to be desired. It's important for businesses to treat all customers with respect and fairness, and unfortunately, my encounter with the financing manager fell far short of these standards.I hope that by sharing my experience, other potential customers can be better informed and avoid similar treatment. It's crucial for businesses to prioritize respectful and ethical conduct, and I sincerely hope that the dealership takes steps to address these issues to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.

Brought my car at 9AM to complete a door handle recall. The service experience was absolute trash. Advisor needs training on providing proactive updates if a customer doesn't receive a loaner and ends up waiting from 9AM to 450PM for 1 service correction.(Asked for a shuttle service right at check-in and 10:30am only to be ignored)Ended up with a shouting match with Service Advisor Ace as I signed off on the repair. Promptly threw his note for a free Detail out the window as I drove home. Do better, I'm going back to Wellesley VW.

This was our first time leasing a car and we had a great experience here. We worked with Rob and there was none of the "slimy car salesman" sense at all. He was very helpful answering our many questions and flexible with negotiating a price that we could afford. He was very patient with us as we took extra time to consider our choices and understood that this was a big financial move for us. I would definitely recommend working with Boston VW and Rob!

I've had an appointment scheduled for almost a week to get my headlights looked at, clearly stated in the comments that this was a wiring issue. I have brought my car in to this dealership before for the same reason. During scheduling I stated I'll be staying at the dealership. Upon arrival today, I'm told that they would be keeping my car until Tuesday minimum. They tell me that they only do basic services like oil changes on weekends, and then tries to tell me that I had listed it as a bulb issue, and since it's actually wiring that they can't do that on weekends. They clearly didn't read that I wrote that this was a wiring issue. This is information that I expect to be told well in advance, not when in already there. Definitely not coming back.

Jorge Ochoa was very kind and helpful in finding a car for me that was both affordable and in great condition. He was very helpful in helping us set up and finish the registration, I have nothing but kind words about him. Very good customer service and also extremely relatable. 10/10

When you are a 30+ year customer at a car dealer, there's a reason. For me there is a main reason and many others to give 5* here. I don't know if anyone has been there longer than Andy (VW master tech) but he's my main reason, he is amazing. Also SERVICE. I have had many great service people, but I will call out Armando who is a straight shooter & very helpful & patient. Ace & Mike are also great. (Contrary to what people think of dealers, they don't upsell service stuff.) SALES: I have only ever bought/leased two new cars in 30+ years, both here. Thank you to Josh for the friendly help, Steve for dealing with all my crazy issues, Bill for the trade-in and for bending over backwards to help. I love Boston VW... they've kept me safe since 1992. Thanks All.

Purchased a car from here that didn’t pass inspection, they pretty much have told me tough luck even though parts aren’t available to fix what is needed. It’s been 6 months without my 30,000$ vehicle that I paid for.Edit: they deleted my review with all the details on it so customers don’t see how much of an awful dealership this is.

Simply put, this is the best auto dealership I have ever dealt with. Unlike other dealerships that I’ve visited, these folks are very user friendly and fair. I honestly enjoyed giving them my business.I worked with Malik Dessin, who couldn’t have been more professional and courteous. His sales manager, Josh Dupre, was also a pleasure to work with. Both guys were straightforward and genuinely nice.Whoever does the hiring on the sales department here absolutely gets it about customer service. I purchased a Volkswagen but was treated as if I was buying a Rolls Royce. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough for purchasing a car.

Steve was SO great to work with. He was straightforward, kept us right within our budget, and really made an effort to get us exactly what we wanted. Everyone there was so kind and helpful! This was our first car buying experience and it was pretty seamless.

Today we took delivery of our second Tiguan from Boston VW. We bought our first (a used 2012 model) a few years ago and now we just picked up a low mileage 2022 SE model. I worked with Mike MacDonald as my sales person and Bill Jesse as the sales manager/financing.I have to give credit where credit is due: Mike defies all expectations of car salesman. All the icky negative stereotypes just aren't there. He was kind, prompt, never pushy, and always had my family's back when it came to securing the right vehicle. It didn't matter that each time we saw him he was busy, we always felt taken care of. I strongly recommend going in and asking for Mike.Bill also deserves a great deal of credit. He secured us a great deal and made sure our rate was excellent. When it came time to finish paperwork he took care of the financing and additional coverage options. We did purchase one add-on that felt like a good option for our needs. Bill never made us feel pushed. He presented the facts, the prices, and gave us room to discuss. When we only selected one option he just said "Okay!" and made sure our paperwork reflected the add on.If you want a no-hassle experience and good service I encourage you to go to Boston VW and ask for Mike. If you buy used, you'll work with Bill. If you go new you'll work with Josh who is still going to make sure you get a great deal and that all your follow up (detailing, delivery, registration, etc.) are handled efficiently. You're in good hands here.

I worked with Steve to purchase my first car. He was a great salesperson and went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal.
