My experience here was really positive. Malik and Robert went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted in a car. They were honest and friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me all the information I needed without ever pressuring or upselling me. They were both an absolute pleasure to work with. I also got frank, useful, and friendly advice on my financing options from Bill. Overall a great experience. I would recommend the dealership and particularly the people that I worked with.

Filled out my information, on a 2024 Jetta Sport Manual. I live an hour away, was told I can test drive the vehicle tomorrow. “When I arrive go straight to the reception desk and ask for Mike Flacko the manager.” Receptionist had no care in the world, Mike comes no idea who I am, why I was there and didn’t care at all about helping me. Looked at me like I was a a burden, and looked around to find someone to deal with me. The salesman I spoke on the phone with meets me, says car is in transit isn’t available. Bad communication, terrible customer service by employees, receptionist & “manager.” I see why the rating are so bad at this dealership. First time interested in a Volkswagen, and at a Volkswagen dealership what an impression. (Don’t go here)

I was quoted $699-$799 for brake replacement for my Golf GTI and it ended up being almost $1k.
Also, the microphone module in my car has broken. It's been on backorder for months now and I still can't get a clear answer about when one will be available. When I mentioned how dangerous it is to one of the customer rep's, I was told not to use it. But it's really frustrating and inconvenient to not have it. I use Carplay for directions and have to fumble with my phone to change it to speak anytime someone calls while driving, otherwise whoever calls can't hear me. It's become a really key function that I relied on for the first 3 years of having the car, and now that it doesn't work, it's very inconvenient.

I have never been treated so terribly in a place of business. I have been yelled at, belittled, lied to, and threatened for voicing my disappointment and trying to get answers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Do not being your car for service here. My car had been in and out of the service department since February and due to poor service the issues in my car only became worse. Finally decided to go to a different VW dealership and they were able to diagnose my car and fix the additional problems that came up over the last few months. Biggest being I needed a brand new engine on top of a long list of other issues. Do Not Waste Your Time coming here.

My son bought off the leased car through their financing department and the financing manager Ricardo created a contract adding $5000 for car warranty service without the permission and when my son found out about the added warranty before my son signed the contract, Ricardo said it's too late to change and sold the loan as if it should be part of the loan. What Ricardo did through VW financing is not only unethical but illegal as well. When I tried to confront after the contract was signed, Ricardo with accent, asked me if my son speaks English and refused to back out and boasting he has a signed contract from my son. This a scam and even the VW dealer employee named Bill tried not connect me with Ricardo at the beginning which is a clear sign of rejecting customer's request after they literally stole $5000 additional unwanted amount loan with 7% interest over the years. I would not recommend this dealership, and I will definitely report their unethical business conducts to Consumer Protection Agency and also seek legal complains to recoup the money they scammed from my son. Do not buy the cars from this dealership!

I am a vetran and i have stopped for checking in for a new suv with the intention of buying or leasing for my wife. The response was really bad. It not a busy time still didn't answer all my questions clearly. Very bad customer service. No clear quote nothing on paper.its really frustratingwhen you take your time and Indeed your get such a horrible response back. I didn't feel like welcoming at all at the end. Just felt like pushing me out. I don't think they have the intention of selling any of ther vehicles.
