  I would strongly avoid this company at all cost. I hired them just to move a bedroom set from one condo to another, in the same development. They charged me $740 to move a bed, dresser, desk and a chair. The scratched and damaged all most every wall they came in contact with. They put a hole in the ceiling and damaged the dresser. They charge by the hour and have you fill out info on their tablet while they watch and are on the clock. It seemed like it was the first time the 2 guys ever moved furniture. The dresser was not even wrapped and the doors were opening up and scratching the walls all the way up the stairs. When asked them about it they acted as they didn’t care and said “well it was heavy.” When I called the company they could have cared less. Worst company I have ever dealt with. ANYBODY would be better then them. I wish I knew how to add to pics so you could see all the damage. It would have been cheaper for me to just buy all new items, since they scratched all my shit anyway.

  We were SO happy with our experience with All My Sons Moving from end to end. The lady that we did the estimation with was so great and thorough - also very calming in a stressful time. The movers were so efficient and just really nice guys, particularly Hector Roman. When we are moving again we will definitely use them.

  If there was an option for 0 stars that would be more accurate. Worst moving experience ever. I have moved across the country and nothing was broken. Definitely not the case here. Customer service is the worst! They could not care less about the damage caused. Chris is definitely someone you should bypass due to his lack of concern about any of the events that happened…especially the part where a guy walked off the job and took an Uber home! They won’t call you back and then when the crew quits, breaks items, damages floors and walls, they like to turn it on the customer. After mentioning that one of the crew members was on his phone every time we saw him we were told “they are allowed to take breaks.” Remember you are being charged by time. There is no limit apparently to there breaks. They didn’t even complete our move because their truck was not big enough and they ran out of materials. While Mark was a shining star that day, I would suggest never to use this company. I spoke to a friend recently and explained our moving day experience. She asked what company we used. Guess what!? She had the same experience with none other than All My Sons. It took two men to carry a suitcase that I carried myself! I believe that says it all. After reading similar reviews it seems common practice for this company. After reading other reviews like ours, I feel like we need to start a support group because this was definitely traumatic! Also, we were charged $500 for less than a mile move for gas. They said it’s “regulated” . Just be aware that their initial price is NOT what you will be charged. Premium price for work that does not reflect this at all!
  
  Update- the company still isn’t showing any concern and offered about $800 for all of the damage including the floors that cost over $1000 to fix. They pay by pound (less than a dollar per pound) just warning to make sure you pay for the highest amount of insurance, if you do for some reason, choose this company. I would suggest going elsewhere and continue to be frustrated by the lack of concern they have over our terrible move.

  Unfortunately, I have to write a review because of the abhorrent service I received and I hope to serve as a cautionary tale for anyone looking at hiring All My Sons for their next move.
  
  I booked with All My Sons in early June of 2024 for a September move with a rate of $199.00/Hr. I chose All My Sons after seeing their less than flattering rating at a national level but more positive reviews out of the Boston office. What a mistake this turned out to be.
  
  I received a call on the Thursday before the move CONFIRMING I was the first move of the day as I told them back in June I needed to be out by 12pm. The dispatcher told me they arrive between 815 and 1015am. She also notified me that they were adding a 3rd driver since it was a busy weekend WITHOUT mentioning that rate would be increasing to 249/Hr.
  
  On Saturday morning, the day before the move, I received an Email stating that my rate was now 249/Hr and since it was a day before my move there was nothing I could do about it. I bit the bullet assuming it would be a quicker move. On Sunday, they showed up at 1pm and a man short.
  
  We spent a good 15 minutes discussing the rate and one of the movers called it in and got it changed back to 199 but the damage was done. I had to pay 250 bucks to the people moving in to the place I was moving out of because All my Sons showed up 5 hours late disrupting my noon move out that I had confirmed back in June.
  
  When we got to the new place they couldnt fit my box spring upstairs, damaged my high end desk chair, and cracked one of my surround sound speaker stands. They handed me a bill for 1700+ for a one bedroom move with minimal stuff after showing up 5 hours late and a mover short after bait and switching me on the initial service of 2 men for 199.
  
  I tried calling to speak to the Operations Manager and he was conveniently out of the office. Spoke with whoever was tasked with phone duty that day and never received a call back after the initial complaint. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company but since All my Sons made me sign paperwork while my stuff was still on the truck at the new place (Now I get why they do this) there's nothing they can do.
  
  I'm left writing reviews/warnings on as many sites as I can and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please do yourself a favor and do not book with these crooked, bait and switching folks. Take a little bit of a higher rate from a competitor and rest easy knowing your moving day won't turn into more of a nightmare than it already is.

  Gilson and Tim were a phenomenal help! They were quick and professional in packing up and moving what I need Ed help with. They made my move nice and simple and I will definitely be using All My Sons for any future moving needs and will be letting my friends know they should too!

  Do NOT use. The team was friendly enough upon booking, but the morning of a move after saying they were on their way then an hour later said ‘they could not find one of the workers that was just there’ and that he ‘went to go his phone fixed’ so could not do today and now would have to be tomorrow.
  
  Completely unacceptable and I heard back from no one in management the entirety of the day while my family scrambled to find a last minute moving company with our house needing to be empty today.
  
  I encourage you strongly to look elsewhere.

  Great company . Paul, Mohammad and Don were amazing they showed up on time and took a lot of time wrapping the furniture to make sure no damage would happen. I would give All My Sons 10 stars if possible

  *PLEASE READ* I'm giving this company a 1-star review due to my extreme disappointment with the moving process. It took them from 11:15 AM to 5 PM—6 hours—to move me from my 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor to my 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. The total cost exceeded $1,200, which is outrageous considering I was quoted for 3 hours at $600.
  The fact that the move took double the time is unacceptable. I had no bedroom sets, just 2 mattresses (no box springs), a dresser, a couch, a coffee cart, 2 small lightweight tables, a few plant stands, and 26 boxes of varying sizes. I could have easily completed this move in 3 hours or less with just one other person using U-Haul, if I weren’t pregnant.
  After expressing my concerns to the operations manager, Scott, I was informed that there was nothing they could do about the charges. He contacted the two movers, and they reported no issues that would justify the 6-hour duration. Instead, I received a claim form for my damaged property, which adds to my frustration. I would like to mention that the movers, Thomas and Hector, were very respectful and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Overall, this experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this company.

  First off I want to start by stating that I have moved three times in the last six years Due to job roles… this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had or even heard of! First of all, I was told it would take a couple hours to move a one bedroom apartment with one bedroom and a simple living room set. It ended up taking eight hours! They told me they were bringing two well men with experience that would be there at eight in the morning. I received a phone call finally at 10 o’clock and then an 18 year-old kid on his second move and an older gentleman showed up. Not only did it take forever, but on top of that They both expressed how they just started this job and I do not want to get the guys in trouble so I am not going to state everything that I learned about this company. they charge you hourly then they add an hour for drive time and then add another $170 for a move. That was five minutes away… Stated it was for gas! Tons of hidden fees, they told us not to bother packing and wrapping things because they would take care of it. They never stated that it was gonna cost me hundreds of dollars in supplies that they say they used. Funny thing is I still have the supplies that were left behind and nothing was used! When I called the owner, they basically told me there was nothing they could do and that was that. Do yourself a favor and find any other bottom of the barrel company on craigslist and you will be better off! I never leave reviews because I understand what it can do to a company, but this needs to be expressed! They are rip offs and needs to be reported! I have videos of things that happened that I’m not only unprofessional but should have justified reimbursing me for the lack of help they sent. I am taking this company to court because I am not letting them win like they have with everyone else in the past. This time they screwed around with somebody they shouldn’t have and took advantage of my wife not knowing the experience I have in this field myself and with many prior moves , please do yourself a favor and if you have to move on your own own! You have a better chance of success!
