I have been there a couple times and in all of them I have been treated well. People there were nice and respectful! I really like the fact that it open on Saturdays. Please make sure to make an appointment, no walk ins.

Terrible Customer Service!! First they had a problem with the vault and they delayed my money order. Then they call me 2 days after, I went (not a busy day) when finally was my turn a blond lady with glasses and black gloves DISCRIMINATED ME because of my accent. She ask me what I came for, ask for my last name twice (very rude), she said that my money order was finally there and send me to wait for the another lady that was busy and with another client. Very rude and disrespectful. I have never had a bad experience with Bank of America, but these ladies were the worse…

I had hesitated to use this branch given the reviews. However, I was next door at CVS, had time left on the parking meter, and decided to stop in anyway. I'm glad I did.I had what I thought was a fast, simple errand to pick up a form. It wound up taking almost two hours - but that was not the fault of the staff at this branch, but of BofA corporate.When I arrived, I was greated promptly, then assigned a banker to assist with my request. That banker, Vicki S,. very patiently spent well over an hour total on hold with staff at BofA corporate who directed her from one department to another because no one had the necessary information. Vicki was tenacious, though. She was finally able to obtain the form that I needed and submitted it for me.We ditched BofA years ago after corporate's constant reshuffling led to the replacement of our third banker in under six months (always over a weekend with no prior notice). BofA overall is still a hot mess if this recent experience is any example. However, the staff at this branch are making an effort to be more customer friendly, and it shows.

I went 2 days ago to buy some international currency, walked to the teller and she sent me to order on line, since I was there I needed a more personal service, I went to the receptionist to book an appointment ti order 5k who said the teller would help me with that… no one was able to help me in something so simple. No wonder why humans get replaced by machines.Terrible service. I will avoid going there if you can.

This is a terrible branch. Every time I go there to open an account or connect accounts, I have waited only to be sent away or to another branch because the person who knows isn't in today.

Only 1 Teller. Long line. 20 minute wait to deposit a check. Other BOA workers milling about.... The other banks around here are much more efficient. I'm here because my company needs a receipt of the deposit, I won't do Personal Banking here.
