“Everybody has an opinion about getting your vehicle serviced at a dealership (cue stealership memes), but I've found Watertown to be the most reliable and trustworthy of the places I've tried. This is true enough that I make the hike from Wakefield to come here even though there are several other places closer. They are good about doing the requested service without coming back and trying to pad the bill with a thousand other 'recommended' things. I'm hoping my Tacoma lasts a long time - so I feel better having folks work on it that really know this vehicle. To that point, this dealership went above and beyond getting me qualified for, and completing the work on, the frame recall for my previous Tacoma.”

“Neil is the man! I needed new Bosch wiper blades for my Volvo and after a huge go-around with my dealership, I decided it wasn't worth the aggravation and I would look elsewhere. Did a search for nearby stores selling Bosch, and not only is O'Reilly's nearby BUT they will install them for you! Neil was near the door when I walked in, he saw me carrying one of my wipers and asked right away how he could help. He gave me a few options and he had his coat on to head outdoors (on this freezing morning) before I could even get my wallet back in my purse. A couple of minutes later, I was driving off with my new wiper blades, zero stress and a new place to shop for anything auto-related.”

I walked in to get my battery check, they not only checked and replace my battery but also assisted me in making sure my tires air levels were good so I do not have any trouble. The entire staff is very intelligent, respectful, and helpful! Especially, Nelson who helped me out a great deal with making sure my car was prepared for longer commute and the staff also gave me some great advice on things I can check before longer commute or road trips. Will definitely be visiting back at this location for any of my car troubles!”

“I want to give high praise to Jamal Bridges, Tech specialist for Lexus. I called him from the road on the way to Washington DC for the holiday week as the navigation system was not functioning on my brand new car. He patiently and expertly instructed me how to reset system to get Google map functioning . I needed to call again for Tech Support as I couldn’t lock the car as I had packages on back seat that sent alerts. Once packages removed the doors still not locking. Jamal calmly reviewed numerous steps to try to get car locked.Manual locking worked. I met Jamal today at Lexus of Watertown to reboot the Connect Drive as malfunctioning, tested all keys to lock and remote start. He didn’t leave until all my questions and concerns were addressed.
Jamal Bridges is an outstanding technician, a very kind caring employee who should be recognized. I’m very grateful that he answered my call.”
