DO NOT BUY A CAR from this place, owner's name is Darren. Drove 1.5 hours to check out a 2015 Subaru Impreza wagon, the emergency break was broken on the car (won't pass inspection) even though Darren insisted it would. Front breaks were metal on metal, broken axle rear right wheel, steering wheel has around 4-5 inches of play. Massive rust spots hidden by Bondo and poor spray paint job. We of course did not buy this junk but be thorough when checking out a car that is being sold by this establishment and the owner Darren.

I have been using Artos for both my families car repair needs as well as gasoline for over 10 years. Anytime I have any sort of question regarding a car issue, I know I can easily roll up to Arto and ask his advice (or even call/ text him). He has never tried to sell me on a service or part I didn't need and I trust his opinion on repair do's (or don'ts) 100%. He has even told me "It's cheaper to order the part online - order it (here's the exact part number and place to buy it cheapest) and I'll install it for you". He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and an overall great guy to have as a mechanic. There are a few things in professionals you want to make sure you have a good relationship with and a mechanic is at the top of the list. Arto is THAT guy.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I have used Arto as a mechanic a few times, and always have a good experience. He is an honest mechanic with a genuine and kind personality. I have an older vehicle that has some quirks, and unlike other mechanics in the area he has never tried to pad on any additional charges. Always a fast turnaround time. Good for small job (oil change, tire) but very picky with small details.He doesn't want to work on my bolt joint until I got tail light to replace a broken one in order to pass the state inspection. Once I got the one he found for me, I had to insist to have it installed, he saw a small crack at the bottom.Once I got the car, after the bolt joint and the tail light replaced, he proudly told me that he got a state inspection sticker since he gave 10$ to the guy for him to ignore the small crack on the light. My broken one was worse and passed 3 stated inspection without problem.

Arto worked on our old Honda Civic for years. He repaired and/or replaced the tires, the front brakes, the radiator, the fan, etc. and performed maintenance (oil changes, etc). For every job, he was knowledgeable, responsive and communicative via the phone, and transparent about the time and cost required. He always made an effort to accommodate our busy schedules to repair as quickly as possible. After-hours drop-off or pickup of the car was a breeze. Finally, the price was always reasonable or less expensive than what is typical for the job. In addition, when we were looking at a potential used car (to purchase off Craigslist), we paid Arto to do an inspection. The information he provided about the car helped us to negotiate the price (and that purchase worked out very well). I highly recommend Arto and his team.

This shop is great! Artu and his guys are truly an honest mechanics. Once, my car was overheating so I pulled into his station. I'm freaking out because I have no idea what it's going to cost. So I go home and googled all the things that could cause overheating and how much it going to cost....well he calls me back like half an hour later. He tells me that I'm all set; car's ready. Just a loose clamp. He could have told me anything and I would have believed him. But he was honest and it only cost my $20. He's always super friendly and accommodating and his prices are better than reasonable! His guys working for him are awesome too. Today, I had a nail in my tire...the guys stopped working and plugged my tire up in 5 minutes! I've never had anything but good experiences there. Great honest shop!

Artos was recommended to my tailor and has been amazing since day 1. I trust him to the bone and he is honest about what I need to do. This is even when it involves delaying or not doing work at all. He is an amazing guy and always a pleasure to work with. Offered to buy my girlfriend coffee and gave her water while she waited. I'd send my grandma there if she was in the area.
