I was delighted when the staff went the extra mile and took into consideration my dog's experience being at the vet. He was so anxious, nervous and shaking. Fred introduced himself to my dog slowly, so he could get used to him and in no time, my dog calmed down and stopped shaking as Fred held him in his arms.
Dr.Lynch was amazing! She has a calm, warm disposition which are qualities that I had been looking for in a vet. I couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Lynch and her staff.

All around awesome visit for Kimber. I was very pleased with Sharon and her staff. Sharon has been Kimbers vet since she was a pup. Kimber is now 4 1/2 years old. Sharon and her staff are very good at making your pets experience as comfortable as possible.

We have been bringing our pups to Hilltown Vet for several years now and always leave having a positive experience. We do have to travel an hour to the vet, but do not mind doing so to have a Vet we love and trust. Sharon and Fred are wonderful and truly care about all the animals they see.I have always found it easy to get an apt when needed or have medical questions answered. The office always follows up to check on my fur-babies. Two years ago I lost my best furend, Sharon and Fred showed so much compassion during this time. It showed us that we are more than clients. They truly care.

Tried to get a dogs vet papers that I adopted. Was told it was going to be sent to my email and the vet I go to. Called following week spoke to a man there said never heard of the dog. as I was explaining the circumstances he hung up on me. Don’t know how the have almost a 5 star. Very Rude. In response: I was told they told me many times they didn’t have that information even though they said they did and took my email information and the vet information to send it!! This place is unbelievable!!!

A vet that makes your human and fur babies feel like family. My Daisy girl smiles on her way to and from the vet. Clearly she loves it!I know that I can trust the opinions of all of the staff there. Thankful to have one less thing to worry about every year for her check ups!

We brought our 10 week old Rhodesian Ridgeback to Hilltowns today. What a really nice group of people! Dr. Lynch was outstanding. Took her time to answer all our questions and concerns. The staff were so nice. So happy that Trupanion pet insurance recommended the Clinic.
