Ran into an issue while we were out in Warren mass today! We came all the way from Springfield mo to pick up a truck had some issues on our semi with no semi shops around that were close enough for us to make it to ? THANKFULLY warrens told us to come on over and helped us get the tire off and get us back on the road ? we greatly appreciated y’all’s hospitality!!

Prompt response and quick fix on the spot. Prices are decent I guess. I was offered all 4 rotors, breaks and a caliper to be installed for 380.00 luckily I posted on Wares town page and found a mechanic that is doing the job plus the other caliper, for $200!! Not knocking this business at all. They treated us decently. The only minor thing that bothered me a tad was when I’d decided I’d have to wait to do the work and the owner kept repeating himself in a condescending manner when the employee would let him know other things I needed done on the vehicle. He’d say “just get it out of here, get it out of here” every time. A simple “ok thanks but she’s all set now.” Would’ve been better lol

I've brought multiple trucks to Brian over the years. Being a business owner that needs his trucks up and running, having a local, dependable mechanic is key. Brian is very knowledgeable, my trucks are always fixed quickly, and you can't beat the customer service!! I would highly recommend them!!!

Best mechanic I know! Finding a mechanic you can trust is very important and I fully trust Warren Truck & Auto. They have always been there for me, and I currently drive about 30 mins away just to get to them. Wonderful people, wonderful work, and their prices are very fair.

I was driving 40 mph on Southbridge road when a truck appeared quickly behind me and started tailgating me dangerously close to my rear bumper. After a mile or so, the truck passed me at a high rate of speed and sped off recklessly on this curvy back road. It was a red pickup truck with signage that said Warren Truck & Auto Repair.

My entire family and I go here and we would never consider going anywhere else. They are always happy and friendly and don't charge you an arm and a leg. Brian treats you like family. And is always trying to work around your scedual as best as he can.

Hard to find a good, honest mechanic shop much anymore, but look no further. Not just that, but the owner is friendly. Trust this guy he is reasonably priced, good, and stands behind his work!
